Excellent customer service, great work. I was really happy to get my car back, my front windshield was replaced, my car was cleaned and now it smells so good. Thank you all for the awesome service!

Highly recommended! Our car window was replaced days before any other shop could get to it and more than 150$ cheaper. They not only fixed it but cleaned and vaccumed all seats and mats. Most efficient and friendly shop I've visited in a long time!

I love this place... I got a quote to fix my passenger window somewhere else... they want $324 plus tax.. I call here... Got a quote for $177 taxes in. The told me I could come in.. they cleaned the glass out of my car and patched the window till the new glass came in.. other guy never offered that... I picked up my car... paid exactly what they said it was... and she was nice and clean.. great customer service is rare these days... New west auto collision is an exemplary example of top of the line customer service... thank u so much.

Fast and friendly; great customer service; and nice people. Work done promptly for a lot less than I expected. They even cleaned my car inside and out. Highly recommended. This is the first time I've felt compelled to write a review. KUDOS!!!

I wouldn't recommend this place. I took my car in for a paint repair from being keyed. When I went to go pick up my car, the moment I open up the driver side door the interior just reek of paint making me unable to drive my car. The smell alone makes me nauseous while driving. They also didn't completely fix the keyed as they missed the front scratched. Something I pointed out in the beginning. Seem like a extremely rush service with terrible effort involved.
