Polite, friendly and honest customer service. Quality work and reasonable prices and will address any complaints without trying to chisel more money out of you. I can't say enough good things about Tom. Computer repairs can be a shady, cesspool of rip-offs and scams but trust me, you're in good, safe hands with Tom.

Somewhat long story but in summary I had a fully functioning LG G5 with a cracked screen, and after paying $135 for a screen replacement I ended up having to replace the phone because I couldn't make calls with it and the new screen kept falling off the phone. Full story below. Had them replace a cracked, fully functioning screen on my LG G5. I was told that the replacement screen would be OEM. After they replaced the screen, I made a call and I couldn't hear the person on the other end. Tried making several more and same thing. It was very static, muted, and would peak. I immediately took it back to them the same day and they said they would try to repair it. It didn't work, so they said they would order in a new ear speaker and took my number. About a week later, my new screen separated from the phone. It didn't break, it just came off. I took it back in and they re-glued it. A few days later, it came apart again. Again he re-glues it, but this time applies more pressure and causes burn-ins on the screen. I'm heading out of town for work for two weeks so I need my phone, he tells me he'll fix it when I return. While away for work, the burn-ins disappear, but I still have to use speakerphone for my calls. The screen separates again as well so I affix it with some tape. I get back, the earpiece is still not in. I need a working phone so I purchase a replacement on kijiji. After another month (2 months since the screen replacement) I drop back in to see if the earpiece has come in. Still no earpiece. I ask if he still has my number and his mood becomes combative so I just leave. Didn't bother with it anymore after that because Ive already been in 6 or 7 times at this point and I honestly don't think he has the capability to fix his screw up. Lesson learned, either put up with a cracked screen, replace the phone, or get the phone repaired by a proper place. I ended up worse off then when I walked into the store and I'm out the $135+tax

Was very pleased with the service. Guy running the store was very polite and professional. He will do a free system diagnostics test before quoting you on the repair. Would definitely recommend.

Very kind and low-pressure gentleman greeted me as I walked in. I was initially very skeptical and uninformed, but by the time I committed to the repair a week or two later I was convinced he was the best person for the screen repair job. I found him to be very trustworthy and the transaction went smoothly. I shopped around quite a bit for my Nexus 6P screen replacement and he was easily the best price, and much faster/more convenient than going back through Huawei. I would highly recommend this place (and I have) for anyone looking for phone screen repair. The service seems professional, this guy is on the level, and the materials used have not yet given me an issue over a year later. Everything went great.
