PB's Auto Village

Bought a Chevrolet pick up truck from the owner Brian. From the time i called looking for the truck to the time i signed all the paperwork it was an incredible experience! Would and have recommended other to come here for a used car. Best of the best!!!

I bought a vehicle here but live in MA. Staff there all seemed friendly. I was told it was "guaranteed to pass Mass inspection". Driving the vehicle home it was very unsteady on the highway. I went to get it inspected and was told that both front tires were so bald that it would not pass inspection. In addition the front headlight was loose in the headlight assembly and had melted the socket, wiring and a hole in the bottom. I informed the dealer who wanted me to drive 2.5 hours back to the dealership to fix this. I didn't feel it was appropriate to be driving a vehicle that far back to the dealer, which was unsafe to drive with a melted headlight assembly and bald tires. They refused to reimburse even partially for the required repairs. There was also a clunking sound at the left tire which then required replacement of the axle shaft, sway bar and strut. I went out on a limb trusting what seemed to be a stereotypical "used car salesman". They have no integrity and don't seem to have an intention in satisfying customers. The vehicles are clearly not inspected for quality before sale and they could care less after getting a hold of your money.

I was extremely pleased with my recent visit at PB's Auto Village. I recently bought a used car and the staff made the buying process easy and enjoyable. I was treated with the utmost respect and had all of my questions answered. There was no pressure and no nonsense. I would definitely recommend making a trip to PB's Auto Village for your future auto needs!

Last week I went into PB's looking for a truck and my wife and I were greeted by a friendly and low pressure sales staff. They have a great selection of Ford, Chevy, GMC, etc. trucks with everything I was looking for and at very fair prices. I can not say how pleased I am with my experience at PB's. I will certainly be coming back in the future.

Me and my wife bought a Prius here about a year ago. The Staff was friendly, fast and efficient! The price was the lowest around and we got a very low interest rate. We do all our maintenance on all 3 of our cars there and they always give us a loaner and a break on the service bill! PB's Auto Village is A1 in our book!
