556 Auto Sales

They brought me in as teenager who had no family to turn to for financial help and allowed me to get into a car that had 24.99% interest rate and over priced the car by a few grand. While it is fully my own fault for not doing my home work, they took advantage of a child to make monetary gain. I have had to give up more than i can list just to pay for the absolutely ridiculous price on a hyundai. After insurance its around $500. If i had not landed the job i am in now, i would have had this car repo'd and put onto my credit history. Also the bank they use, PAC, does not report to the credit bureau like they say they will, so you really dont get any gain from this loan for on time payments until a ways into the loan or you buy out. They are not good people and do NOT deserve your business. They do how ever deserve any financial issues they get for working with subprime lenders. Have some back bone, and stop fueling the lending crisis here in america.

We found a nice 2002 Ford Explorer and put $400.00 down for a good faith deposit and was told if the financing fell through they would return the money to us. They also gave us a receipt. The Ford Explorer had a couple of things wrong with it, which they fixed. We were told we were approved w/financing, however, when we asked for an extended warranty, the finance dept. denied us because my husband could not provide a paystub. They will not refund us the $400.00 we put down on the vechicle. Basically, they stole the money from us. I would suggest not using this dealer!
