I purchased a 2009 Saturn Aura, sight unseen. I live 140 miles from Vern Laures, so there was risk on my part. Donald was honest and great to work with. He sent additional photos to help with my decision. Also set up financing ahead of my trip. Very quick transaction. Excellent overall experience!

Excellent service with hometown values, they really care about their customers! Competative pricing, really makes shopping with them a no brainer!

It was worth the 2 hour drive for the service and deal. Dan and Seth were great to work with, they stayed late so I could do the paperwork and pick up our Jeep after normal hours. Nice people and a fair deal.

I sent an email to the company wanting to discuss one of their vehicles and they ignored me. I had cash and was ready to purchase the car. They didn't ever get back to me. Maybe you shouldn't ignore potential customers. Especially someone who is ready to buy. Very poor customer service.
