I purchased 2 vehicles and leased one from Nissan of Middletown. They are very helpful. The finance manager was able to get me an awesome rate. My car salesman Andrew M. was amazing. He went above and beyond for me. He made the whole process so easy and stress-free. He is truly geninune and honest and wants to help, and goes beyond what he has to so that everything is an easy transition. He makes sure that you are completely satisfied. Andrew M. is an excellent car salesman. Thank you everyone at Nissan!

I am the Sales Manager at Nissan of Middletown and I would like to respond to the last two reviews. When Shannon Doherty called me to complain about Melissa I could hardly understand her. The phone on her end kept cutting out and she was difficult to understand. When it cleared up, she told me Melissa was rude to her on the phone so I asked her to hold on and went to ask Melissa what happened. Melissa informed me that Shannon's phone was cutting out and that she could not understand her; just like I experienced when Shannon first called. Melissa said she was trying to ask for the sales department. Melissa was trying to clarify that she had received the sales department. For some reason Shannon took this as being rude. This is just a misunderstanding and the bad cell phone reception on her part is to blame. Melissa is normally very polite and courteous. However, I do apologize for any misunderstanding. In response to Brett. We have no record of you ever being in the dealership or calling. This review is related to Shannon’s concerns which I described above. Neither of you have been in the dealership. Melissa sits in a back office and is not in sales. You would not have spoken to her if you came into the store. Went in to see to see someone about purchasing a car for my daughter. First mistake. Spoke to a woman Melissa or Melinda, how on earth she is in sales if beyond my comprehension. Complained to management who backed her up in her rudeness. Seems to be a pattern looking at the feedback left on here. Drove the extra miles and went to NJ. Much better service and came out with Kia Soul for my daughter. She loves it.

When I traded my car in too fiance a 15 thousand dollar car. I accidentally left my garage door opener on the viser. Called as soon as I noticed. Salesman James Brundage couldn't even be bothered to go check. Said car was never touched. When I came in they did not have it. He was very rude and unprofessional. Me and my family would never buy anything from them again.

Avoid as if your life depends on it! Melissa is one of the rudest people I have ever come across. A true narcissist and utterly rude to customers. Never in my life have I come across someone with such disdain and contempt for anything that she considered inferior to her self righteous, egocentric, holier than thy self. I had been told how bad they were by a few other locals but thought I would give them a try because they are closest to me. Urgh,.... MISTAKE. And don't bother to complain about her attitude to the sales manager he will lie right to your face. TIP. When a customer has an issue... address it, recognize the customer has a complaint or issue offer your apologies and move on. Don't lie and make out the customer is at fault. Two parasites I hope I never have to deal with again. I would rather have an acute UTI than ever step back foot in this dealership. FOLLOW UP AFTER REPLY FROM KIA. Bret is his/her own person so don't blame me ( Once again passing the blame instead of looking at your personnel ) because your place according to Bret and most of the other people who have left reviews is negative and reflects your staffs attitude toward customers. I must have some magical powers to control someone who I don't even know. Again I say don't make excuses for your sales person. How can she be in the back office and be sitting next to you taking a call? Hmmmmm.....? Never known a sales manager to be out the back away from the sales people. You can tell yourself what ever you like if it helps you sleep at night but my understanding is parasites don't sleep. They feed and make baby parasites and complete the life cycle.
