My daughter and I both purchased a car at this dealership. I had the best experience at this dealership than I've ever had anywhere else. Zach was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I had a ton of questions/concerns and he addressed every single one of them with the utmost patience. I gave him my budget and he respectfully stuck to that budget. I never felt pressured into buying any car I didn't want. I highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a car to ask for Zach. My husband was impressed with how delighted we were with our car purchases and intends to buy his next car at Frank Siena's.

This is the only place we go to buy cars! Don't go anywhere else! They are always willing to work with us whether it is buy the car, dealing with the warranty, or just looking a suggestion where to get it fixed. They are great there! I can't say it enough. We have gotten our last 5 cars from them! Always happy with what we got.

I have purchased 3 cars in my lifetime from 3 different dealerships throughout NY state and have not had the best experiences. My husband needed a car after car #3 totaled and so we came across Frank Siena's Auto Mall for what would be our 4th vehicle purchase to date. Zac was incredibly helpful. He respected the budget we wanted to stick to and did not try to oversell us. They had a wide range and selection of vehicles for us to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised and even a little jealous that we hadn't come hear when I'd purchased my car earlier this year. I felt this deal was very honest! I would definitely come here again and my mother was so impressed with how we were treated that she is also purchasing a vehicle from them this week!

This is the third car that we are purchasing at Frank Siena's. They spend the time with you, they are low pressure and just very nice people. They have always been willing to work with us no matter what our budget has been.
