Open Road BMW of Newton

Ship wrecked It is a shame that such a beautiful piece of equipment should be distributed by such inept personnel who seem to lack their faculties. When I ordered a new car I was told a varieties of incorrect facts including a confirmation would be forthcoming. Confirmation never arrived. Calls to sales department and management showed lack of response. I waited for car to arrive. The only thing I got was a message the car was damaged in transit. Perhaps they never ordered the car. I am so happy I do not have to deal with this group. I purchased a BMW in Lancaster receiving a substantially larger discount and service indicative of BMW quality.

Great experience from beginning to end thanks to Jordan! Before I made the decision to drive from NYC to Newton Jordan made sure I was not driving two hours to waste my time. She negotiated and got me a great price on my new vehicle. Jordan even took additional pictures and text them to me and explained each detail including warranties over the phone. By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend open road of Newton. Ask for Jordan...shes the best!!!!

I come to find out 4 years later, after buying 2014 BMW 3 series that not only I've been paying $415.00 a month, but at the end of my payments I will have to pay another $18,995 before I could own the car. Be very careful, don't sign anything that isn't explained

It was a smooth, enjoyable experience buying from Bell of Newton. Amit, our salesman, was kind, and eager to do whatever was necessary for my wife and I to be happy. We strongly recommend buying from Bell BMW of Newton if being treated well is important to you. We appreciate the courtesy from everyone who dealt with us. Thank you all!

I can no longer recommend this place for service. When it was Bell BMW, they did a good job and the service writers were fairly knowledgeable. They would ask the mechanics to answer any questions they could not answer. Now, their service writers know very little and their prices quoted for repairs to our X-3 have been ridiculously high. I had the work done elsewhere. One of our friends goes all the way to Rt. 17 for BMW service.
