Pet Valu

I’ve been to this store a few times and there is a store clerk by the name of Tracey who is not very nice. When I would go there I’d always hope that she is not working when I go as she is not very nice to deal with. Tracey definitely needs customer service skills. I’d ask questions about products and she seems annoyed when I ask her a question. So, I’ll take my business else where … where they greet their customers and answer questions about products. I love Pet Valu, but not this location!

The staff are awesome!!! They are always very friendly and knowledgeable. I gave 4 stars because it's a little small and the selection isn't as great as per smart or Rens. But I go there for the customer service.

Staff was immediately friendly and helpful. Offered to order an alternate colour harness if I wished. Properly fitted my dog with a couple different harnesses I wanted to try out. Even held my dog while I went to pet the adoptable cat :)

Excellent customer service. Very good selection. Knowledgeable staff. All good, and the kids love to visit the cats.
