Passport Canada

This location is easily accessible and I found the staff very pleasant and helpful. It pays of course to go into any government office well prepared. My total time inside was less than 30 minutes. Thank you Whitby Passport Office.

Literally took five minutes. This is the best government experience I’ve had. Everyone was friendly. If there was some kind of competition between service Canada / passport Canada centres, the ones in the Whitby mall would win hands down.

They do not have urgent 24 hour service for passport but they guarantee to send you in 10 days. The service was fast and fair to me.

Staff is very helpful. I've gone in a few times to get passports done in the past couple of months for my kids. A few issues getting them for my baby as they want no shading. But i didn't mind having to go get it redone. More issues with walmart pickering photos then anything. The passport photo booth in the whitby mall is great for babies. A bit pricey buy worth it in the end. Every person I've ever dealt with is friendly and understanding. And cause l've gone in with my baby i get in and out very fast. Sometimes before others that have been waiting awhile. So i guess if you want to get in and out with in 30 minutes bring a baby 😉. As long as there isn't a long line to get your ticket to see someone.

Always very busy but the long lines move very quick as there are many 'tellers' open. Staff not friendly at all, but didn't go there to make new friends. Got my passport within a week through the mail...
