I am only giving one star because there is nothing lower. I had a TERRIBLE experience at Service Canada Oshawa today. I did explained the reason to them why I needed help. Did not matter. I left crying and upset because their answer to everything was "go online" and "read it" BUT that was my trouble. I needed help and kept saying this. One lady, also told me to get necessary medical Compassion forms on line. I am dealing with Compassion Benefits so I have never applied for anything like this in the past. I left Oshawa and went to Ajax Service Canada. Wow. Compassion! answered my questions and made sure I had a printed copy of everything I needed. They also gave me some information that is not readily available to someone not sure how to proceed or on line. They made sure I was on the right page of the computer before I even started. They HANDED me the medical forms for Compassion Benefits that were already printed out in a drawer to ensure I had the correct doctor forms. They are amazing in Ajax and provided me with authentic "Customer Service". Thank you so much Ajax, Service Canada your kindness was truly appreciated more than you can imagine.

Worst Service Canada ever I mean they all are but they never help you they just stand their doing nothing but tell you to go onto the computer.

The lady at the front desk was pleasant and very professional. I had a seat waiting to be helped with about 12 people ahead of me even though my 2 young kids were annoyed that they had to wait. Finally I heard my name and walked over to the ladies desk and I noticed she was looking at me weird, I sat down and after about 5 seconds of silence I said I need to get a SSN she then said I can't help you, you are wearing to much Purfume I am going to get sick, go have a seat someone else will help you. She was unprofessional and her attitude was very hurtful for someone who is dealing with the public.

Received really good help there when I needed it after I lost my job back in 2011. It was only my second time claiming unemployment and received all the information that I needed.
