When I reached there, I felt like walking into the not so clean environment and lowered my expectation. As soon as I reached to the counter, she quickly resolved my first work of new G DL. Other work related to address change was also done in quickest of the time. Never experience so fast delivery anywhere else. Other places looks more professional- queues, request form filling, token etc. These delays are not here. You directly hit the pot. Only suggestion - Be respectful to them as they are also like us, family and they also get exhausted sometime. Be nice and get nice

Can I give 0 stars? Do not go here if you need help, do not go here is you are told to go here to talk to someone. They are the most unhelpful service Ontario Centre in Durham. The staff are rude and belittle the people they are supposed to help. I was there because after calling Ministry of Transportation I was told to go in person to which they said I was lying. I asked for the person "helping" us for her name and she refused. Poorly run, ServiceOntario can't you do better? Perhaps you could hire people who are educated? or at least have some customer service skills? Disgusted!!!

I got no choice except to give 5 stars. Highly trained and well mannerd staff. Me as a wheel chair client but came without the wheelchair just by introducing the staff that i cannot stand for long period they ask me to come to the window with chair to sit. Other than this the staff are pretty fast and you wont find a long que. I personally like to go to this branch of service ontario.thankyou

The office was crowded and busy. Lines marking 2m separation between people on the floor outside the office gave way to doubled switchback line inside that made any sort of distancing impossible. The camera at the station where I landed was malfunctioning and took several attempts to capture an acceptable photo. Customer-facing staff were as friendly and helpful as one can expect in such an office, but did not wear masks.

If I could give this 0 out of 5 stars I would. For one, long line up and the people behind the counter talking and laughing with each other. I finally get to the counter and the lady is ridiculously rude. I love how there’s signs saying abuse towards workers will not be tolerated, yet the people who work there can be rude, disrespectful and abusive. Also people who work there should know simple things like health cards do not have hyphenated last names like drivers licenses do. Complete waste of time. Never going back to this location.

Service here was very quick and friendly. Dealt with Christina who was very helpful with my getting my car registration. Will definitely use this Service Ontario location again!!!

Line ups are always going to be long. Just expect that at all locations . The staff were wonderful . Courteous and efficient. Much respect.

They sent us away 3 times when we had all docs and very rude customer service. Pls educate your staff on how to treat people.

Sketchy atmosphere, line moves very slow. There should be more wickets open that's for sure. Not an entirely friendly staff either.

Very helpful staff, I went early in the morning, so lot of parking available, the queue was not long too.
