Just got my health card renewed today and the lady at terminal C was so nice and friendly! We immediately had a great interaction and she seems to love her job. She helped me and did it all with a smile on her face. I haven’t had the best interactions with people at Service Ontario and I was immediately impressed with how this lady carried herself

if it was possible to give zero stars i would but it isn’t. the staff do not know what they’re doing. when bringing in the information necessary for a renewal they proceeded to tell me they can’t take my papers cause they aren’t the forms that service ontario is allowed to accept. problem is though they were. they proceeded to give me a pamphlet showing me what i am allowed to bring in. i pointed out on the pamphlet that the document i brought in is listed as an acceptable document and they refused to help me. I left and went to a different location where they actually helped me.

Everyone was very pleasant with me and I had to come back a few minutes later and they took me without having to lineup again.nnI am trying to call the office today and it’s going to fax line. It would be nice to have a person to talk to. I’m not an email computer kind of girl.

I always get nervous going to Service Ontario because I never receive good service and I always forget something. This morning we lined up for 8:30am, got right in at 9 when they opened and had great service. Was out the door in 10 mins! Thank you to the lady who helped us. :

That’s my second time visiting this location, on the counter there is young asian Chinese girl who works there, she has no clue what’s going on. She just didn’t wanted to help me, I was trying to register Quebec car to ontario under my name but she was so confused in the process, she had to ask her senior every single thing. I’m surprised she is employed there, with her current knowledge she needs more training. I have thanked her for her work at least 10 times but she wasn’t polite at all. She calculated the taxes wrong & when I asked her for the math behind it she got upset. Then went to her senior again, for calculating taxes which is basics math. Sometimes I wonder how these people have jobs. If it was someone else they would have paid 400$ extra in taxes. If you know what you’re going they will help you otherwise good luck getting your work done
