Best service Ontario I have ever experienced. Quick, efficient, kind and knowledgeable staff. It's not very busy at all, but there are more staff in there than the average more central offices. Worth the drive.nnOne upset is that the big trees make it hard to see the sign from the street. But once you know where it is you're fine

I had trouble getting my children's ID cause of not having certain documents but she managed to help me thank you so much. You deserve a million stars.

Took my 82 yr old mother to get a new ID and transfer her car ownership, The woman at reception and the service desk and Margaret were all so lovely and helpful. The line up was out the door , the people working here all deserve a huge thank you, I don't know how they do everyday. Thanks again.

I showed up at the whitby rossland location today to renew my healthcard which had been expired since 2014. Even tho i expected it to be a nightmare, reception was able to connect me with a staff member who told me she was from Poland, and was very eager to help. Got everything done for me within 30 mins, was incredibly nice and reassuring while she worked. I dont normally do reviews but i couldnt ask for a better experience at a service ontario.

This is definitely the best location. Shirley at the reception desk is unbelievable, great customer service with a smile. It’s obvious that all the Indians that are complaining don’t understand the Canadian System. The staff at Service Ontario are very competent and are doing their job to make sure the system is not being taken advantage of! Stop complaining!!!!
