Not sure if it was my timing but I walked in, receptionist was nice, gave me my number and bang I'm up. The lady was very friendly, I had all my documents with me and I had a few things to take care of but it was fast and friendly. I think you really need to make sure you have all your documents with you as a young lady beside me didn't and then she was pissed she could get her stuff completed. Yep crazy people.

Just popped in to order a replacement personalized license plate. All staff were friendly and courteous, and I was in and out the door in ten minutes! I think I was lucky as it wasn't jam-packed. A good day!

My first experience was a good one..Everything seem well managed.. Receptionist was a good guy. I went there for my Health card on Work permit. He checked my documents and told me that everything seems fine with my application.. The actual wait time was also around 11 to 13 minutes which is not that bad.. The lady who served me seemed not updated about the procedures as she went to ask her collegue and still asked me for my paystubs to confirm my employment though I had given her a signed letter of employment. The procedure took around 10 minutes and I am happy with it.

My parents have gone into request for Health Card where the service rep (Julie) has initially made a mistake of putting wrong effective date where my mom has pointed out from her honesty which took awhile for Julie to get it rectified as she did not know how to and required assistance from her co-worker. After Julie has made her mistake, she requested to see my Mom's passport where she has spotted a stamp from Mexico stating 29 Oct 17 E (29 was somewhat blurry were 2 was indefinable) where Julie insisted that why my Mom was in Mexico during that date as my Mom initially wrote her resident starting day at Oct 17 rather than putting Oct. 16 which was the day that she flew back to Canada. My mom has explained that 17 is a year but Julie insisted that the 17 was the date and asked my mom to bring a flight ticket to prove her landing date. Julie apparently asked my parents whether have bought a house prior to coming to Canada as they have got the resident place right after their landing. To my knowledge, I do not know why the service rep has to get into such a personal detail when issuing the Health Card to a Canadian Citizen that has provided 3 pieces of identification documents as they have asked. Anyways, my parents ended up spending more than 2 hours to prove that they have landed Canada on Oct 16th and they were on a vacation trip to Cancun from Oct 29 to Nov 2 and the Mexico stamp was the year not date which sounded very absurd for someone to not realize how the 29 can be the years and 17 can be the date. I ended up sending her E-tickets for both flights and sample of stamps from Canada, USA, Mexico which all showed the years at the end. After Julie making my parents to go through all this, she has never apologized for any of her mistake and misinterpretation that led to my parents spending more than 2 hours at the place. I have requested to speak with her over the phone but she has refused and I have over heard her telling my parents to fill out the form correctly next time with a rude tone of voice. I have filed a complaint regarding this matter and requested Julie to formally apologize for her behavior to my parents as this should not be happening at the Service Ontario location and in Canada for any matter as it seems that my parents have been taken advantage of for their lack of English. I really hope that the case can be looked at and remedied for the future so that other people do not go through this type of incidents.

Friendly service. I was able to come and have my address changed. The wait time was approximately 10 minutes. Once you arrive, you're greeted by an individual at the information booth. The address your issues if appropriate, otherwise you were given a number and are asked to wait for a representative. No complaints.
