I had the most incredible stay at the Park Hyatt Toronto, and I can’t recommend this hotel enough! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional, particularly from the Front Office Team. A special shout-out to Jasper, who went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable.nI had called down to the front desk to request a specific Nespresso coffee flavor for my room, but they didn’t have it in stock. They were apologetic, and I appreciated their understanding. To my surprise, the following day I found my favorite coffee – Istanbul – waiting for me in my room, along with a thoughtful note from Jasper. The note thanked me for staying and mentioned how they knew it was my favorite coffee. It made my stay feel truly personalized, and I could tell they really care about their guests.nThis level of customer service is rare in USA especially post-pandemic, and it’s a gesture that I will never forget. It made me and my husband feel so valued, and it’s moments like these that stand out when traveling. In addition to this extraordinary service, the entire hotel staff was friendly, always smiling, and ready to assist with anything we needed.nI wholeheartedly recommend the Park Hyatt Toronto! The team here is truly amazing, and I’ll definitely be returning soon. Thank you again to Jasper and the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

From the moment I arrived, Nicholas at the Valet made me feel special by remembering me and treating me like royalty. His warm welcome sets the tone for every visit.nnFred at Bell has been consistently attentive, always taking great care of my belongings. His thoughtfulness doesn’t go unnoticed. Additionally, Scott at the front desk has proven to be incredibly accommodating; he makes every effort to ensure we feel welcomed and addresses any concerns immediately with positive outcomes.nnI would also like to highlight Ortha in Housekeeping, whose kind and warm service adds a personal touch that truly enhances my stay. The dedication of these staff members has made me feel like part of the family, turning each visit into something special.nnAnd of course, I must mention that your room service and food are always amazing! It’s one of the highlights of staying with you.nnThank you once again for creating such a wonderful experience. I look forward to my upcoming stay!
The hotel was professional and high end. There are two fantastic restaurants that we went to. We normally enjoy going to the four seasons a few blocks down the road, but we thought we would try this. It felt like it almost had equal amenities for much cheaper. It was also closer to a lot of restaurants that we love.nThe staff were constantly offering us bottles of water which was pleasant.nThe rooms offer Nespresso coffee and beverages to purchase.
The Park Hyatt is our go-to hotel in Toronto, we stay here for every special occasion that my partner and I celebrate, and we love the rooms and service.nnThe rooms are always well-maintained, clean, and spacious regardless of the room selection. There is always great attention to detail and consistency in every room.nnThe 24/7 room dining options are amazing and fairly quick and the kitchen staff are very accommodating with allergies. My partner has a gluten allergy and they are always very mindful and accommodating with room service.nnThe front desk agents and hotel staff are very friendly, and check-in is always quick. The hotel is also in a great location, right next to the ROM, luxury stores, and very close to downtown Toronto.nnIn terms of noise, it was fairly quiet and comfortable. You can barely hear the downtown noise, as well, the beds are very comfy.nnOverall, we are always impressed when we stay at the Park Hyatt Toronto and are grateful for the personalized experience every time.
Great location, convenient to pretty much everything.nnRooms are spacious with lots of amenities. Towels / bathrobes / bath mats are very worn, which diminished the premium feel. The front desk said they are working on changing suppliers, so until then, holes in the bath linens nnService was professional and efficient.nnI'd happily stay here again.
