We’ve heard spectacular reviews about this hotel. We had to see it for ourselves. This hotel is definitely upscale, from the moment you walk in, you feel like 5 starts. Marina was at the front desk helping us with the check in to the check out to the concierge, and providing us with excellent service.nnThe staff is truly incredible. Super welcoming, and friendly.nThe valet staff, to holding our bags while we explore the city.nThis hotel is truly breathtaking- walking distance to almost everything.nThe complimentary ride service was also nice, included with our stay- certain radius.nnWriters room is upscale, rooftop bar. Stunning views. Incredible staff as well.
Had a great stay at Park Hyatt! Check-in was smooth, and the welcome glass of Prosecco on a hot day was a nice surprise. The room was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable which deserves a special mention these days!.nnRoom service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Definitely check out the rooftop bar the views are gorgeous, but make a reservation in advance. The sauna and steam room were another highlight. I used them several times, and it was so peaceful that the only thing I heard was the occasional subway rumble underground.nnOverall, a fantastic stay. Thanks, Park Hyatt team -you made it hard to leave!
I do a lot of traveling and have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and I have to say I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were exceptional, very nice, professional, and accommodating. The room was nice and well appointed even though I just got a more basic regular room. It was our anniversary and they sent a card and champagne to our room which was thoughtful. The location was very good too. It is close to high end shopping, good restaurants, and 2 metro stations and it is also easy to get picked up and dropped off by Uber under their awning. I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in Toronto.
We have been staying at this hotel for about a week, and I especially wanted to take the time to recognize Amir at the front desk.nnFrom the moment my family and I arrived, Amir was truly a bright spot in our experience. We had just gone through a very difficult couple of days of travel, including flight delays and cancellations, and by the time we finally reached the hotel, we were exhausted. Amir greeted us with such warmth, professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. He made our check-in and transition into our rooms incredibly smooth and immediately made us feel welcomed and taken care of.nnThroughout our stay, that first impression has only gotten stronger. Amir is sharp, attentive, respectful, knowledgeable, and has an exceptional attitude. He doesn’t simply do his job—he pays attention to people and understands hospitality. That is something you cannot always teach.nnAs someone who leads and works closely with a team myself, I know how valuable it is when you have an employee like Amir representing your organization. Employees with his combination of professionalism, initiative, personality, and ability deserve to be recognized, developed, and given opportunities to move into greater responsibility.nnTo the person who hired Amir: you made an excellent choice. I sincerely hope hotel leadership recognizes the talent they have in him. In my opinion, he is someone worth investing in and moving up within the organization.nnAmir, thank you for being such a wonderful part of our family’s stay. It has genuinely been a pleasure getting to know you.
The hotel was generally very good. The food and beverages were excellent, the room was very comfortable, and the bedding and towels were luxurious.nnIf the staff at the entrance had opened the doors and assisted with luggage, I would have given 5 stars for service. Instead, I had to lift my heavy luggage myself on both arrival and departure.nnThe doormen were on their phones and talking amongst themselves - customers were clearly not their priority. I observed this throughout my stay.nnI wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. However, I hope that next time my arrival and departure are closer to the standard I’d expect from a Park Hyatt - or any self-respecting five star hotel.
