It was a nice stay, I was initially concerned about the noise level as the hotel entrance is facing a main road, but the room was quiet. However the sound proof between rooms leave much to be desired as we could hear people talking along the hallway and noises from neighbours. Fortunately, the Occupants were considerate enough to stop their activities come bedtime.nnThe staff on duty was kind enough to show us the room first before checking in, just to make sure we find it acceptable.nnOnly downside was the breakfast service can be quite slow and I honestly did not find them tasty. However I wouldn't complain since the staffs were lovely.
From the moment I pulled up to the entrance I was greeted by Nicholas doorman who quickly picked up on my French and started speaking to me in my maiden tongue. He attended to all of my requests and from that moment on, I realized that this hotel was committed to providing the best of service.nnEverything from the check-in, concierge booking, room layout/features, exudes perfection. All thought this hotel lacks pool facilities it makes up with a large gym with a vast variety of cardio & weight machines. Make sure you reserve a spot at the rooftop patio bar to get one of the best skyline views in the city. The only small problem I encountered was when trying to get a hold of their guest services by phone - at times it seemed to take a while to get through. But other than that, the Park Hyatt’s commitment to excellence and personalized care truly sets them apart. Hope to be back soon!
I booked the Deluxe King room and had an exceptional experience. The receptionists were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed. I also loved that they offer a house car service. The only downside was the noise from construction outside my room, but since I left early each day, it didn't bother me much.
One of my all time favourite hotels.nnI’ve had the pleasure of staying here a few times both for work & for the night of our wedding. Always such a great time.nnThe beds are comfortable I’m 9 month’s pregnant and still find the bed & pillows amazing. Another feature I love is the pitch black rooms with light sensors so if you get up in the night you can make your way to the washroom without disturbing your partner.nnThe staff are attentive & friendly.nnThe rooms are modern yet cozy, and come with everything you need including a few bottles of water etc.nnThe aesthetic of the hotel and location are great! Close proximity to fantastic shops, restaurants and bars.
We recently experienced incredible kindness and professionalism at Park Hyatt Toronto, even though we weren't guests at the hotel. During a critical time in our visa application process, Mr. Arya and his Front Desk/Reception Team went above and beyond to assist us by making and organizing photocopies of important visa documents. Their willingness to help, despite us not being hotel guests, was exceptional. This kind of service speaks volumes about the quality and ethos of Park Hyatt Toronto. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a place that truly values helping others and delivering top-notch service!
