Exceptional, hospitality at its finest. All people working at the hotel are happy to see you and informative. From the gentleman opening the door to the front desk persons every one of them make you feel welcomed and important. The water near the front desk was to die for with lemon and lime! A water dispenser set near an infuser with some wonderful, aroma wafting into the lobby. The bed was equisive and the rainfall shower a life transforming portal. The park smash burger is the best I’ve had in my life. We will be back. 5/5
The hotel was professional and high end. There are two fantastic restaurants that we went to. We normally enjoy going to the four seasons a few blocks down the road, but we thought we would try this. It felt like it almost had equal amenities for much cheaper. It was also closer to a lot of restaurants that we love.nThe staff were constantly offering us bottles of water which was pleasant.nThe rooms offer Nespresso coffee and beverages to purchase.
The Park Hyatt is our go-to hotel in Toronto, we stay here for every special occasion that my partner and I celebrate, and we love the rooms and service.nnThe rooms are always well-maintained, clean, and spacious regardless of the room selection. There is always great attention to detail and consistency in every room.nnThe 24/7 room dining options are amazing and fairly quick and the kitchen staff are very accommodating with allergies. My partner has a gluten allergy and they are always very mindful and accommodating with room service.nnThe front desk agents and hotel staff are very friendly, and check-in is always quick. The hotel is also in a great location, right next to the ROM, luxury stores, and very close to downtown Toronto.nnIn terms of noise, it was fairly quiet and comfortable. You can barely hear the downtown noise, as well, the beds are very comfy.nnOverall, we are always impressed when we stay at the Park Hyatt Toronto and are grateful for the personalized experience every time.
Great location, convenient to pretty much everything.nnRooms are spacious with lots of amenities. Towels / bathrobes / bath mats are very worn, which diminished the premium feel. The front desk said they are working on changing suppliers, so until then, holes in the bath linens nnService was professional and efficient.nnI'd happily stay here again.
What a disappointment. Was staying at the property for a wedding which was being held on site. The staff at the 17th floor bar area were insufferably impressed with themselves. They repeatedly said you need a reservation to sit anywhere. Fine. We had reservations fir 2 different nights. They tried to seat us in the less desirable room even though there tables available in the main room They agreed reluctantly to move us and said we had 1.5 hours and no more time than that. The other more comfortable tables sat empty the entire time we were there. The waiter spilled my husband’s cup of coffee all over his saucer and walked away. I had to ask for a napkin. Later when my friend and I were taking our last sips of our cocktails the waiter practically threw a bowl of popcorn and nuts at us.nTruly. A nice view but why the staff has such an attitude I have no idea. Plenty of other hotels to stay in. Not what I consider to be a 5 star experience. Rooms were nice.
