My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the Bisha Hotel in Toronto. We recently got married in Mississauga and decided to use the Bisha Hotel as home base for family the night before and after.nThe Bisha staff were very accommodating, meeting us upon arrival and going above what was necessary when assisting us with valet, check in and moving our many bags filled with preparations for our wedding.nWe stayed in one of the premium rooms the night of our wedding and it was extravagant. From the size and amenities of the room to the personal note and rose petals the staff had set up it was quite a lovely experience and a perfect place to spend our wedding night.nWe also enjoyed breakfast at KOST which had great service and a fantastic view of Toronto. Bring your sunglasses as it is quite bright even in the colder weather which is actually really nice.nn5 starts across the board and I would definitely come back for another occasion or just a date night with my new wife. Highly recommend for anyone looking for upscale, premium accommodation in the heart of the city.
We were very impressed with the service we got at Bisha hotel! It all started with the concierge who always welcoming whether we were walking in or out there was always a smile and a “welcome back”. We had a suite which we as a family of four found to be quite spacious! They brought in a rolled away bed for our daughter and our son enjoyed the couch. We had a lovely sitting area outside our room where we could relax at the end of the day or even eat outside. The rooms are a little dark for our taste and swankier than we are used to but it was clean and spacious. There are some fun cool pics on the walk but for young children it may a little questionable as there was some nudity. There is a smallish pool on the 44th floor that you need to sign up to use in two hour increments which was perfect at the end of the day of visiting sights in the city. The streetcars were super easy to access and the subway was a short way away. We would absolutely stay back here again for future visits to Toronto! Thank you Bisha for a great stay!
Fantastic hotel. Very unique interior styling that creates a very nice ambiance. Restaurants in the hotel are also fantastic, akira back is beautiful and the food was great, KOST on the rooftop is bright and airy which contrasts the moody interior of the hotel nicely.
Amazing experience!! Super friendly & gorgeous EVERYTHING however, the closet & bathroom areas were underlit, although beautiful. Kost & lobby bar are amazing. STAY HERE!! Just bring your own make up mirror. There is one in the room but even it was dim. Great place!! Swanky 100%. Look gorgeous because it will make you feel gorgeous!!
Our 3 night stay was exceptional. The staff was attentive, responsive, and kind. The accommodations were very comfortable. The restaurants, and the bar are very nice. Overall we had a wonderful stay at the Bisha. The hotel is simply sexy!nWe would recommend to anyone book a stay.
