Bisha Hotel Toronto is, in my view, one of the very best luxury hotel experiences in Toronto.nnThe location is hard to beat, placing guests right in the heart of the Entertainment District with easy access to the city’s top restaurants, sporting events, and nightlife. The rooftop pool and terrace offer some of the best views in Toronto and create a true luxury atmosphere that feels unique within the city.nnThe property also excels on the food and beverage side. The lobby bar is a great place for a drink or casual meeting, while Akira Back remains one of Toronto’s premier dining destinations and is worth visiting even if you’re not staying at the hotel.nnThe rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and feel more residential than many traditional luxury hotels. The bathrooms are particularly impressive, with excellent layouts, high-end finishes, and outstanding showers that make it easy to unwind after a long day.nnWhat truly sets Bisha apart, however, is the service. From the doormen and valet team to reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant staff, every interaction feels warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The level of attention to detail and consistency across the entire property is exceptional and rivals any five-star hotel experience.nnHaving stayed at all of the major luxury hotels in Toronto, I would place Bisha alongside the very best. It combines a fantastic location, stylish accommodations, outstanding dining, and most importantly, a service culture that consistently exceeds expectations.
My husband and I were treated like royalty at this luxury hotel. Beginning at check in we enjoyed a complimentary glass of prosecco.Thinking we would be unable to eat at the rooftop Kost restaurant, Marie secured us a table at the time we preferred. Much appreciated.nnOur room was gorgeous including the spacious bathroom.nnA complimentary cocktail was enjoyed in the evening.nnThe highlight for me was relaxing at their rooftop pool overlooking Lake Ontario.nnWe will definitely be back!
My wife and I stayed at the Bisha Hotel for the first time in mid-May, and the team made such an incredible impression that we decided to take a last-minute road trip back to Toronto this past weekend to celebrate her birthday.nnThe service here is unmatched. Ahead of our arrival, Josh and Maria helped me coordinate a surprise welcome gift for my wife. They were highly responsive and executed the surprise flawlessly. Throughout our weekend, the entire staff was exceptionally hospitable—special shoutouts to Thomas and Anik at valet/bellhop, as well as Doris and Nordberg for making us feel so incredibly welcome.nnThe Bisha has easily become our go-to spot. We plan on visiting Toronto more often and will absolutely be back soon!
Totchie was the highlight for me! Her attention to detail and care was top notch. I checked in with Norbert front desk and stayed on the 7th floor. I believe all the floors are a different theme but this floor is very dark but the room I got was very big and spacious!! The shower when I first used it smelled a bit of mildew but it was fine throughout the rest of my stay. The shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion all smell divine as well! Wish it could be bought.nnThe first night the pot light was flickering a lot and I called down to get it fixed. Totchie was so wonderful and even remembered me the next day when I stopped by the desk. She sent over some macaroons and they were delicious.nnI’ve stayed in some nice luxury hotels but the service here has been top notch! Prosecco upon arrival was a nice touch too :
A beautiful hotel in a primo location. As soon as you walk in, it’s a vibe. High energy bar next to the lobby and a few exceptional dining options. From the Michelin star chef resturant to Kost on the 44th floor, excellent. There’s a big, modern 24 hour gym and steam rooms available round the clock. The rooms are spacious and kitted out. Also, a hotel that remembers the value of a great snack bar and with 24 hour in-room dining available as well.
