Ace Hotel Toronto

Did not stay at the hotel. the lobby and architecture was fantastic.nnWent to the lobby and rooftop bar. Service was great! Drinks were delicious. Even though it was cold and snowing, the staff let us go out and get a quick view of the city and take a quick photo!

This is my go to spot when I’m in Toronto for work. The bed is super comfortable. I need to order the pillows they use. Overall room is nice and clean.nnRoom for improvement:nThe shower curtains could use an update or refresh. The bathroom and shower floors could use a more thorough deep clean from time to time between the tiles. The housekeeping daily was always great but I think a deep clean of the tiling on the shower floors and walls is needed.

We love your hotel and have recommended to many people already. Great location - quiet area and perfect for us - every area is so clean - love the decor - warm and welcoming - staff is beyond Great! - roof top bar is a fun place to end your evening - bathroom amenities are amazing and I would like to buy some for my home. Easily walk to several main venues in Toronto from this hotel.

A huge snowstorm was set to hit Toronto, so we reached out well in advance to see if we could reschedule or get a voucher for future use. Despite giving them over 24hrs advance notice, Ace Hotel wouldn’t accommodate. I understand having policies, but in extreme circumstances, I would expect hotels to help. Not here. I’m disappointed with the rigid, uncaring approach, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values peace of mind when traveling.

My fiance and I spent our anniversary here and we had an amazing experience! When we checked in the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was beautiful and had everything that we needed. The facilities were great as well and it's in an amazing location!
