Montecassino Hotel and Event Centre

This place is honestly disgusting and very very run down. We booked this place and it is completely different than the photos. We asked is we could get a refund because we didn’t feel safe or believe the place to be cleaned and sanitized effectively.nnContacted receptionist and go figure no help. Having to call credit card company to reverse the charge.

Stayed in this hotel pre COVID it was fine now this hotel is rundown small TVs from the 90s basic cable. The bed was sub par very small like a twin uncomfortable world smallest pillows .the floors were sticky and gross the fridge didn't get cold enough . Also I'm sure this hotel is a half way house for mental patients and imagination... Which they should disclose

First time there. Was there for a friend's stag event. Staff were great, bartenders were quick and efficient, and they got every drink bang on. The food was nice and bountiful as well.

Had an event to attend in the event venue downstairs. The event venue was fine, but I didn’t pay for that so I won’t be reviewing that.nnAgainst my better judgement I decided to book a room upstairs for convenience sake. What a mistake that was. 150$ got me an out dated room. The TV was tiny and had no streaming capabilities. There was no fridge, lockbox or microwave like seriously?. The beds and bed sheets were very uncomfortable. The room was extremely hot and the climate control unit was extremely loud and barely worked. What a joke. The owners of this hotel should be ashamed with themselves. I’ve gone to hotels in developing countries that were more up to date than this dump.nWould give zero stars if I could. This place should be turned into a safe injection site/homeless shelter.
