Est Hotel

Extremely disappointing experience. Our room had a serious insect infestation, including cockroaches, which was absolutely disgusting and made the stay uncomfortable and unsanitary. No guest should have to deal with these conditions in a hotel.nnAll the nice reviews written for this hotel is from the hotel staff, and is complete BS!nnWhat made the situation even worse was the complete lack of customer service and accountability. Front desk, staff could not assist me and would not connect me to management. As a result, I had to leave the hotel at night to find another place to stay. Despite repeatedly reporting the issue, management failed to return my calls or address my concerns. The lack of response left me with no choice but to contact Public Health to report the situation.nnTo date, no meaningful resolution or refund has been provided for the unacceptable conditions we experienced. I would not recommend staying here and strongly encourage management to take cleanliness, guest safety, and customer concerns much more seriously. My advice don’t ever stay here. In fact, this hotel should be shut down.

I was transferred to this hotel by their sister hotel down the street canceling my booking.nnUpon arriving at the hotel, I told the person at the front desk that I had booked via a third-party site with their other hotel and they had sent me to them. Immediately he starts yelling at me that my reservation is canceled and they are booked up. Again didn't ask for my name, reservation number or ID. I then called over to the other property and had them explain the situation.nnAfter speaking to the other property, he advised me that I was late for check-in and that they gave my room away. Hotel check-in is at 3pm and I arrived at 5:45pm and explained that I wasn't. He proceeded to yell at me some more and then walk away from desk without talking to me. After 30 minutes of arguing with him turns out they did have a room available.nnThe rooms were nice but the staff is rude and nasty. Would never stay there again. They need to fire all their staff and start over.

ATTENTION !!nnDisgusting service, did a security deposit of 200cad and never got it back. I have checked with my bank twice and made 200% sure that there is nothing hold or blocked on their end. I have called this hotel multiple times for help and they always tell you that their finance manager is not there please call back later. At this point I don't even care about that deposit as its so frustrating to call them hearing the same thing without any solution.nWould encourage everyone to be careful while booking this hotel

Not sure why all the unnecessary negative reviews but I can firmly attest that this hotel is by far the best value for your hard earned money. I came in after a grueling flight and was greeted by amazing front desk agents that made my check in experience smooth and seamless. The next morning I decided I would take an extra night to unwind and they were VERY accommodating. Room and bathroom was very clean and when I checked out the following day, I completely forgot to get back my $200 security deposit; that's when the female desk clerk manager called me back in order to retrieve it. I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment and I hope they continue to provide the same service whenever I come back home from a business trip out of town. 15 stars out of 10.

We're surprised by some of the bad reviews here because we spent two nights and had a pleasant stay at Est Hotel. The room and facilities were clean - we loved the bathroom. Staff were friendly. The only complaint we'd probably have was our floor smelled like cigarettes at times so it could be guests smoking in their rooms or in the halls. But otherwise a good stay & great location.
