I stayed at Est Hotel for one night and it deserves zero stars. The front desk lady lacked basic customer service skills. The carpet had wrinkles, creating a tripping hazard. The room carpets were filthy, and it seemed like the washroom hadn't been cleaned. The worst part was the overpowering scent of industrial air freshener pumped through the air conditioner, which nerve went away as there were no windows to open. The smell was so strong I couldn't stay in the room for the night. The front desk lady totally ignored my concern about the strong scent. One housekeeper was extremely kind. Overall, I would avoid this hotel at all costs.
Let me start with telling anyone that is thinking of booking a room at this place .. DO NOT DO IT!!!nnThe pictures are more than deceiving … first off, the rooms outright disgusting… the floor in the hallway is sticky, the walls are paper thin, their pool hasn’t been in operations since covid .nnWalking into this m/hotel is like walking into a dingy druggy place where you know you’re going to get killed. The lights outside are flickering, tiles falling off…nnThey give you breakfast in a doggy bag with cold and old product. There isn’t even a microwave in the main eating area so you can warm up your previously frozen breakfast sandwich , you have to go to your room for that.nnI was woken up at 8am by their cleaning crew congregating in front of my room and speaking really loudly and laughing for over 30 minutes , waking me up.nnThey clearly had a water leak or something along the way because their entire wood furniture is swollen at the bottom. My room was so moldy that I couldn’t even stay in there, I went to speak to the front clerk who gave me a scent spray to mask the smell. When I asked to move rooms they said that are fully booked but they can move me tomorrow at 8am. Somewhat confusing as check out is at 11, if they have something available at 8am they should have something available now.nnThe smell of mold got so strong as the day progressed that I called Expedia to raise concerns about health and safety of me staying there … I explained that my eyes were getting swollen and I had issues breathing … they came back after escalating twice that this not a safety concern for them. Only after escalating a few times did Expedia step up and cancel my reservation.nnThere are a lot of choices around for 10-15$/ night more! Do not stay here!!!!nnAll the good reviews for this place is fake!!
Honestly this is the catfish hotel. The pictures look good. I showed up and had feelings of instant regret. My room had stains on the lower toilet bowl lid. The room was musty, Carpet was sticky. The front staff was very unprofessional checked in at 4pm. The walls are paper thin. Pool hasn't been working for years. I left at 1030pm to stay at another hotel. Area and location of hotel doesn't appear to be very safe. Cheap rooms, really not worth it.
The guy at the check in was rude, the carpets and hotel is filthy, the rooms are dirty and mold, the ceiling was falling down In the room, no hot breakfast, and pool is closed, none of this was told to us upon check in or at booking. Drug addicts hanging around outside of hotel, and near cars in parking lot, we did not feel safe with a new born there.nnThis place should be shut down!
This place sucks. I was on a roadtrip with my friend, and booked online. When I arrived they told me the dates of my booking were for another day. I asked to cancel and get a refund and they denied me. I had booked August 9th and asked to cancel the room august 9th. No one knows what they're doing. I heard 3 different things about their cancelation policy and I think none of them are even true. Their phone number doesn't work, and it took an arm and a leg to get through to them. I wasted my money, and was left homeless for the night. Book at your own risk.
