Everything was amazing. We had such good service, rooms were clean, beds were so comfy. Only thing we complained about is we would like more mirrors in the rooms and a full length mirror! I had an amazing stay at 1 Hotel Toronto with my mom! The hospitality was outstanding, and the hotel’s atmosphere was beautiful. Every team member was kind and attentive, making our visit truly special.nnWe had a small noise issue, but it was handled quickly and professionally—within 10 minutes. The team sincerely apologized several times and even offered small treats, making sure we felt valued and cared for.nnWe also dined at 1 Kitchen, and the food was absolutely amazing. Definitely will return in future visits!

We had an impromptu two night stay in Toronto as part of a trip that had us elsewhere in Ontario for the most part. We wanted to treat ourselves to a nice hotel downtown and there was a promotion at 1 Hotel. The hotel itself is modern and clean with cute little things about it that are unique. The service was attentive and excellent, although perhaps a bit understaffed at times with waits for both the concierge and valet stand. The food at the restaurant was outstanding, and they took great care to accommodate our myriad of food allergies for which we are very grateful. Downtown Toronto is very noisy at night, so expect siren noise to make it into your room. Overall a great experience, especially with the promotion discount.
