The 1 Hotel Toronto is a very popular luxury destination, and it is certainly worth the hype.nnThe biophilic design is beautiful and calming throughout the public areas and guest rooms. While my corner room was small, it was well-appointed and featured high-quality finishes. The bathroom was particularly relaxing, offering one of the best hotel showers I have ever experienced. Additionally, the in-room amenities, towels, and bedding were all of excellent quality. The hotel's food and beverage service options are top-notch, bountiful and fresh.nnThe customer service really stood out during this visit. All staff members were engaged, friendly and passionate — consistently going above-and-beyond. Aaron, the front desk manager, was particularly helpful and kind, anticipating my needs and ensuring my stay was as flawless as possible. The service during my recent stay was a significant improvement over my previous visit last summer.nnOverall, my stay at the 1 Hotel Toronto was one of the best luxury experiences I have had in a while, even rivaling the Hazelton and Four Seasons.

Don’t look further!! THIS IS YOUR HOTEL!!nnWhat started as a travel nightmare turned into an absolutely AMAZING experience thanks to 1 Hotel Toronto. Our flight was delayed by 24 hours, and we had to find a hotel in the city last minute. Somehow, we lucked out and ended up at 1 Hotel and honestly, it couldn’t have been a better surprise. Easily one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in in a long time.nnThe room was spacious, beautifully minimalistic, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was fantastic, the shower was next-level, and everything felt calm, thoughtful, and well designed. Exactly what you want after a long, exhausting travel day.nnBut what really stood out was the staff. We arrived late, tired, and stressed, and their service was phenomenal. Extremely helpful, kind, and attentive without being invasive at all. That balance is hard to get right, and they nailed it.nnAn unexpected stay that completely won us over. We absolutely loved it and would go back without hesitation.

I'm a convert. I will absolutely be staying at 1 Hotels in the future.nnThe rooms are cozy and chic, stocked with a great selection of drinks and snacks. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever had at a hotel, and I loved all the natural touches throughout. The lobby bar had a wonderful ambiance, great selection of spirits, and a kind and knowledgeable bartender. Front desk and door people were also helpful and professional. Honestly, everyone who worked there was incredible! Special shout-out to Camila with concierge who helped ship an item I left behind, and to housekeeping for tracking it down.nn10/10 for hospitality.

We loved our stay at the 1 Hotel Toronto. The rooms are perfectly laid out and everything is extremely clean. Strong attention to detail. The guest services manager Jonah Aridi is a major asset to this hotel. He went above and beyond to accommodate us and made our stay even better. Thanks again Jonah! We will definitely be back.

This is THE BEST hotel I’ve been to. It almost was like a dream. The service was absolutely amazing. I asked for laundry service and they went out their way to send me a list of services to my Gmail. The room was stunning. The detail within the rooms is unbelievable. During our stay Derek helped us with checking in, even explain the features in our room, and made sure we had a comfortable stay. This was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had and I’m still thinking about it.
