Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Airport East

Just called number on website and it's not a hotel anymore, it's a hostile... WHY IS IT STILL ON THEIR SITE. AND THEIR NAME STILL ON THE HOTEL ON THE OUTSIDE. ????? LAZY SHERATON COMPANY

Absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. Got in around midnight and we were given keys to a room that already had people staying in it. After walking in on people in their room went down to get a new one only have the concierge ask us a bunch of questions instead of get us a new room. In the morning the concierge was supposed to get her manager to email us and shocker got nothing. Horrid customer experience on top of a terrible sleep in a hotel with zero sound proofing.

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL ANYMORE. THIS IS A HALFWAY HOUSE OR HOSTILE.. NOT SURE WHAT, BUT YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE WITH THAT CROWD.nNot sure why Sheraton still has it on their website.

This is a newly renovated hotel that I stayed at a while back. The staff was very friendly and helpful as I checked in late for my room and there was no issue. The rooms look good and fresh, but there are some details that were missed and showed the age of the old hotel such as rust in the tub and cracks in the grout. Parking is also a bit of an issue on the property as there was lots of snow that was not removed in time.

The regular wheelchair accessible rooms are very small. In the 1st room I was put into the door opener did not work. Door very heavy as a result. Very nice roll in shower in washroom. Was upgraded to a bigger room which should have happened anyways due to my Marriott status and it was a very nice suite. No roll in shower. Instead a bench across the bathtub which engineering needs to install. This is fine if a you can use a bench in a tub and b no one is traveling with you as the bench cannot be moved as it is bolted on. Had a nice talk with GM about how the bench should be more portable among other accessibility items I noticed like phone not next to bed - across room etc.
