Asked them to install one easy task and they come back with a list of things I need to fix on my car, estimating up to $2000+. On top of that, the tire around the area they checked eventually started deflating.. I heard about dealerships deflating tires for the customer to return.
Had a great experience with honda park avenue in brossard. Very pleased with my purchase thanks in great part to the superbly professional courteous and all around great guy Nassim. I greatly recommend him as your point man when you go there. Warm thanks to miss julie, kièran.
Service department: Called the service department to have them look at my car to get a quote and they said that as long as I come by 17h00 then it will be fine and someone will be there to look at my car. I arrived between 16h20-16h30 and the lady that I spoke to said that there was no one in the body shop that could look at my car. She told me to come back again the next day but I called 2 days in a row to make sure that someone would be present to help me. Sales department: I went in to get more information on a new vehicle as it would be my first car and the sales representative who helped us was very pushy and aggressive about making the sale. He thought I came in with the intention to sign the same day even though I was clear that I only wanted to test drive and get more information before making a final decision. He kept trying to negotiate saying “if I get this price, will you sign today. If I do this, will you sign today” etc… It got to the point where I was very uncomfortable and wanted to leave. I was there for 3h because their system was down and they were unable to provide me with much information. Before leaving the sales rep was harassing me about returning the next day even though I told him I work late on weekdays and could not make it. The weeks following, he would call me several times a day while I was at work, leave no voicemails and called every day or second day. He would even text me after he called me. I understand that commissions are important but I also don’t think that harassing a client will get the sale either…

I purchased a car here a few days ago. The young man named Adrien gave me all the information I needed and I was able to make a decision very quickly. He was pleasant to deal with and not pushy at all. For the delivery of the car, another young man helped me. His name was Amine and he tried very hard to give a lot of information about the car I was buying. Although he was a francophone, I asked him to speak in English for the sake of my Australian partner, and he happily obliged. His English was excellent. These two young men made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
STAY AWAY! from this garage, all the time they change offer what they said, even you got the deal, final financial statement, they will change the interest rate. They will trick you. It was bad experience. I wouldn’t go back there.
Started talking to Pascale and made a reasonable offer on a used HR-V. She was not willing to negotiate in any way. Their displayed price was absolutely final. Therefore, our short relationship was over real quick. Very sad things had to go this way.
My vehicle was stolen early January, and subsequently recovered. Park Avenue Honda were available to effect the repairs on the vehicle complete inspection and some part replacement as well as reprogram the keys the thief reprogrammed them. They level of professionalism and transparency on their behalf is truly commendable, especially since my Insurance company was not being very communicative. Park Avenue Honda called me regularly with updates on the progress vehicle received, parts ordered/received, work complete. I had the pleasure of talking with Daniel apologies for not remembering your last name!, who was very friendly, sympathetic and professional.
Really loved my time shopping for my new Honda CRV at Honda Park avenue Brossard. I was warmly welcomed inside by everybody there. The whole process was very enjoyable as i have been nicely offered a chance to test drive the SUV which sealed the deal for me .I particularly appreciated the talk I had with the Director of the dealership Vincent who made me feel like how I felt was more important than the deal.
My wife and I came to this dealer to try to buy a new car and Mr. Adrien Tsang gave us an excellent services. We tested two types of cars, and Adien explained the key features of these two types of cars. He also gave us some writing materials about some new cars. He followed up our experiences and asked all of our questions. Thanks Adrien.
