Went there with my dad to buy a new car. Samuel was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. My dad was hesitating between 2 models. Samuel told us the differences and didn't try to put pressure on my dad to buy the more expensive model. Stephanie the finance director was quick to answer my emails and didn't push hard to sell guarantees even when my dad said no I've been to other dealerships that were pushy/aggressive even when you say no. Nathalie the delivery coordinator was really nice and explained very well. She did a follow up call to make sure we didn't have any other questions. Wow! I've bought cars in the past years with other dealership and none of them did that. If I'm buying another car, for sure I'm coming here. Thank you for this experience

I bought my first car in Canada with Park Avenue Toyota Brossard, simply an amazing experience, William Santos helped me along the way and played an important role when I was choosing which vehicle would fit better on my needs. I ended up getting a RAV4 XLE and I am really happy with the car and the experience provided. I recommend.
The sales and finance team were perfect, very nice and accommodating. Alexis and Stephanie made buying the car a great experience. Buying the car it was agreed that 2 scratches on the bumper were to he repaired. Before picking up the car the paint shop didn't have time to complete the repair so it was agreed I would bring the car back at a later date. Receiving the car back the repairs were done terribly. Other than the scratches not being visible anymore the rest of the car is much worse than what I dropped off. There is paint on all the plastic trims in the bumper and on the headlight as well as overspray over the whole top of the car. Very disappointed in what was decided acceptable work to give back to a customer.
Really great service and transparency from Christopher Hemmings, he really helped me through all the process of buying my first car while helping me save as much as I could. He and the team at Park Avenue Honda Brossard really helped me through everything! Cheers!

Awesome service and advice from Samuel! This is my first car purchase so I had many questions. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions immediately. He made the process very relaxing and without pressure. He also offered a test drive so I would feel comfortable with my car choice. When I went to pickup the car, Guillaume was there to help me as Samuel was off the evening. He explained thoroughly the papers and made sure I understood before I signed anything. He also offered me a detailed demonstration of the car before I left. For a first time car purchase, I had a very pleasant experience at Groupe Park Avenue and I would definitely recommend!

William Santos was clear and very helpful ,, even though i didnt proceed to wait for my electric BZ4 . he was professional and i would deal with him again if Toyota gets the electric mini truck
