My daughter stayed here on a class trip and enjoyed the hotel. The staff was particularly helpful when she lost a necklace she had bought in the room. They saved the day when they reported the necklace found and, after I arranged postal pick up, packaged and facilitated the pick up. Thank you!
We proceeded to check into a room where previous guests had clearly smoked in. With children who have respiratory issues, I brought this up to the front desk requesting a room switch and said they were unable to do so. They never followed up either. I would never stay here again. Not to mention, the rooms are filthy. To think we paid what we did to stay in an establishment like this is atrociousnnIn response to your reply below:nnRest assured I have 5 witnesses to our conversation where I indicated that room 134 wreaked of smoke as we were with a teamnnYour front desk staff walked in and also said it smelled so please save the statement of “it was never brought to our attention”. I will gladly have all 5 individuals call you to confirm if you would like your telephones to be occupied all day.
My boyfriend brought me to this hotel to propose. The room was beautiful and had a large jacuzzi tub. Staff were incredibly friendly and happily catered to his requests - including arranging for a bouquet of roses to be waiting in-room, with petals arranged in a heart on the bed and scattered around the tub. The room was both spotless and spacious. The location was also ideal - short drive into the city, and also located beside Barbie’s - a restaurant with an incredible dining experience. Thanks so much for making our weekend special.
Wonderful, fabulous stay at BW Brossard. It was our second time here and we loved it again. The staff are just wonderful, so helpful, friendly and kind. The rooms and entire hotel is clean and maintained with care. Breakfast includes sausages and eggs - not just cereal and sugary muffins like other hotels. The location is fantastic too. Walking distance to plenty of amenities, including restaurants, liquor store and a big Metro too. We loved going to Barbies - a restaurant and bar right beside the hotel. Great staff there as well. This hotel is close proximity to Montreal downtown too, making it the ideal place to stay. We hope to be back soon!
I went there with my family and had a good time. The service is nice and helpful and the breakfast was good! Room cleanliness was top notch and location is well chosen, with restaurants and stores beside it! The only thing that was lacking a little was the pool: It was freezing cold, had big lumps of hair in it, and things were touching my leg. But, the gym was nice the pool had towels, overall it’s great, but, the pool was lacking.
