MINI Brossard - Groupe Park Avenue

Mini Mont Royal did not have the bolt I needed for the front suspension of my mini the amount for the part was 12 and change. The parts guy was kind enough to call Mini Brossard since they have the part. They hold the part for me so that I pick it up at the reception desk. Which I did later that evening. To my surprise the part came up to be 18$ for it. Yes it is a few dollars but come on. Why is there a difference in price between the two dealerships? My car was in for the passenger seat sensor warranty so I requested that they check my car for rust warranty. The person in responsible for the autobody never gotten back to me. I called and left a message a few days later but he does not return the call. I guess I am not important enough since I did not purchase the car from them?

Better than Mini Mont Royal. Service beyond 5 stars. One star taken out, the phone receptionist fro the appointment booking sound rude. Not very professional.

Oh my goodness, this is how service is done! I really appreciated the fast response. They were able to fit me in, in an urgent situation, and the cost of repairs was much lower than I thought! Luc in the service department was fantastic! Thank you.
