I thought I had an appointment for today and it turns out I did not. Not only did the service department take my car and proposed great maintenance work, I had Pierre valet me back to my home and was able to drive the Q4 E-tron. The car is fabulous but getting to spend 20 minutes of my day with Pierre was the highlight of my year. Congrats to Park Avenue Audi for the ingeniousness of your hires, every single interaction with your team is beyond pleasant. Bravo
Had body work done, Vincent Plante was prompt and had my issue fixed in less than a week. He was responsive by email, and follow-ups. Also what really stands out, is from minor hiccup where my MAG was scratched curbside by an employee, we looked at the pictures taken day of drop off, and after, and he made a difficult situation right. And for me this is a test of service, is when things can go bad how is one taking care of? So for me 5 Stars, can't say enough about Vincent Plante in the auto body department, how great the service was. The work done was perfect, and the service outstanding. Thank you.
My first experience at audi park avenue brossard was not one to remember. I booked a service appointment online, for a car wash and an oil change. As soon as i get there they obviously upsell with additional services. I agree, my car ready fairly quickly but the job was not done as asked. The car wash which was a "plantinum car wash" at around 300 dollars chipped off a bubble of rust on my car and the wash is no where near the value of price. Please avoid, i asked for them to focus on the trunk because i spilled something in it and that was not done. Also i was told pictures would be taken for the rust for my car and that it was done via text message by my sales rep. Not only was that not done, i had schedule an appointment for that and go back. I had to ask on spot to have my car rewashed and wait at the dealership with no apology, for something that cost 300+ dollars. Ive been twice and both times were 0 stars if i could put. For my rust now they want a deposit before they even receive the part, before i even bring my car in and actually have it gone for repair. Avoid this dealership if possible.
A very plaisant experience with Audi service team ! They offer a brand new Q4 etron as the courtesy car and I drive myself back to home as a test drive. The car is very easy to drive and super quiet inside, may consider to switch to it after the current lease done.
Charles Archambault is the prime example of how you set the bar high and provide a perfect customer experience. Of all the dealerships I’ve been to the service I received from Charles at Audi Park Avenue was by far the best without question. From the moment I first showed interest in purchasing my A4, Charles has proven to be extremely responsive and knowledgeable till the end of my purchase and even after, he was always available to help with any concerns I had. The entire purchasing process was very smooth and seamless, and their attention to detail and customer satisfaction is unparalleled, going above and beyond through every aspect! High Quality job, Well Done!!! I got an accident almost 10 days ago. After I spoke with Valérie body shop Manager I decided to take may car to get fixed. She is very professional and replay to the customer inquiries in timely manner. I have to admit that due to nature of my job as a Quality Engineer , I'm so picky person. However, she has a great patience to listen to me and reply by e-mail all the details. *** Update: As being said, finally I got my car on 14 jUNE 2019, after two weeks. They did a good job with the expected result. By the way, It's important to mentioned that Mr. Steven Da Silva Assistance Sale Manage also helped me a lot to solve issues, and he is one of the best and professional employee of Audi Park Avenue !! Thank you both of you for the great job you have done.

The best customer service experience ever at a car dealership, period! Celia is very knowledgeable about Audi products, she fully understands the market, she’s forthcoming and she’s polite. And oh boy, this woman can count! Celia walked us through the lease renewal process with patience and ease, simulating and calculating different combinations of lease durations, interest rates and payment options, all the while answering our many questions, both technical and financial. She made many recommendations but in no way tried to pressure us into purchasing something we didn’t need. Never once did we get a sense that she was trying to BS us. Anything men can do, women can do just as well, and in a traditionally man’s world Celia is living proof of that. She can talk shop and crunch numbers with the best of them. She is a true sales professional and excellent technical advisor all rolled into one. Thank you so much for your assistance Celia!
