Horrible service, car delivered with options missing and scratched, took 3 months to finally get an appointment for the options (after calling 3 times). We told them at least 7 times about the scratches, including the day we brought the car and the day we got the car. When they called us to tell us the options were installed, we inquired to make sure they took care of the scratches, and they responded with an attitude "You should've told us your car was scratched!!!". That's when my wife lost it... Badly. Oh and, they promised us we would not have a cent to pay for our old location car, and guess what, we got a bill from Nissan Canada... At least our salesman was nice enough to take care of some things, basically the only positive. No internal communication in this place...

Seems like the new owners are cutting services and counting nickel and dime, no more complementary coffee, water, phone charger, wanting to charge for courtesy car.
