Comfort Inn Brossard

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, It wasn't good experience. The hotel room welcomed us with couple of surprises. The first one was the USED bath tissue. This is the worst experience I've ever had in my hotel stays. The second surprise was the empty facial tissue box. And the third one was a friendly spider in the bath tub. The breakfast was very bad, uncooked scrambled egg and soggy bacon etc. Also, they are not keeping enough quantity as well to have all the people who were staying there. I don't prefer to stay in this hotel again.

Clean rooms. Decent wifi. Basic hotel for an ok price. Breakfast wasn't very good but at least it is included.

Excellent For Tour Bus's alot of restaurants very close by. Excellent bed rooms an General care always to be expected.

Room smelled like wet dog. Given another room one night for them to clean the smell out. The only noticable cleaning done was Febreeze and it did not get rid of the smell. Parking spot for the room has a sign, and management simply does not enforce parking for balcony rooms. Was not presented any solutions to the problems, staff does not have any real authority to make decisions. Smaller than normal beds, ability to hear neighbors, no elevator for the 2nd floor that I could see. Small room for breakfast with limited seating.
