Absolutely exceptional service provided by Jan Valenta whenever my BMW requires assistance. Jan is always available no matter the time of day and returns texts/calls within minutes to answer all questions. He treats your car as if it was his own and always wants the best for his customers. Will be staying with BMW without a doubt for Jan's continuous excellent support!

Amazing service with Jan Valenta as advisor. He answers all my silly questions, and surprisingly takes care of my vehicule/wallet like if it was his. Just for him, I'd very likely get another BMW for my future vehicule. Good energy makes a big difference. The purchasing experience with the sale team was also very smooth and I didn't feel pressured into anything. If I had to look for a negative side, I'd say they're quite busy and I recommend booking appointments in advance. Sometimes the receptionist does not seem very happy when I call Hahaha but that's not much of an issue. All in all, I'd describe my experience as "Wow!"

For the past couple of months, I have gone to this dealership for servicing Recurring issue on the car, the issue is seems resolved now.. Sadly it has not been the best experience in terms of service, but I would like to highlight the great service that Mike Lazzara gave me on my last visit. Due to the recurring issue, it is understandable that I was growing frustrated of the situation, out of all the agent I dealt with in service, Mike was the most understanding and courteous. Éric McKinnon should take notes from Mike Lazzara on how to handle customer satisfaction.

Big thank you to Pascal the technician for taking time out of his lunch to simply fill up my coolant and check my tire pressure and to all the team in general. Been coming there since 2016 and the service department always exceeds my expectations!! My name is Mike Savvides.

I don’t usually write reviews but Jan and this dealership was exceptional. My family and I were on a road trip. 600km in vehicle threw an error. Limp mode to hotel. I booked an appt online but put the wrong date in. Showed up first thing in the morning and the staff were courteous and prompt. Jan took a less than happy situation and made it pleasant. Car fixed in half a day. Loaner car provided. Details on what was wrong and options. Jan went out of his way to support and resolve. If I lived in the Montreal area I would buy my next vehicle from Park Avenue and definitely service it here. In fact they had a few M cars in the showroom . Thank you Jan and team. Vacay disaster averted.

Went car shopping the other day at BMW Park Avenue Brossard and ended up meeting Shihab, a sales manager, and he was helpful in answering all my questions concerning the different models and features, engine sizes, chassis styles, etc. Very knowledgeable!! I will be buying my new car from him shortly.

They told me to be there at 8:45 AM before it even opens at 9 for my tire change. at 12:30 I finally asked what on earth is taking so long- everyone who came after me had already gotten their car back. I was the last one there. She said the car was done but it was another hour for the car wash. Her excuse was 'busy time'. The tire change takes 45 mins you should have told me to come at 11:30 and not have towait 3.5 hours. Also- the way they put my 4 tires back in the car was extremely dangerous. One of them kept rolling in front no matter how slowly I went. You would think they know how to safely put your tires back especially since I stacked them to not roll on the way there- so it is doable
