Pacific Inn

We stayed for one night on a motorcycle trip, couldn't be happier with the friendly, polite service. Rooms were clean and we had no issues. Underground parking is a dream for a motorcycle rider.nnThanks - we enjoyed our stay, 4 guys, two rooms.

So there are great things about this hotel. It is clean. Location is great.nnThere are some bad things:n- there is no AC. That is okay, there is always a breeze.n- the room has windows that open ,but no screens. We had some flying visitors.n- there are gaps at the bottom of the doors. A little noisy.nnOverall it is one of the nicer hotels but it needs a refresh. Staff were great, checkin was easy, location was great.

Great little hotel in the heart of Prince Rupert. Although the hotel is older and parts are a little run down, it is clean, comfortable and the staff here are friendly and knowledgeable of the area. There is no AC but they supplied a fan and the window opened. It's a bit of a loud area of town as it's on a busy street.

My company booked me into this place and if they ever do it again I will refuse the assignment. It reeks of stale cigarette smoke, I can even taste it, and it's making me nauseous. There are no rooms available in town so I am stuck here. The hallway smells of pot. The management needs to charge a large cleaning fee to smokers and an ozone eater should have been running in this room. I will never stay here again, and knowing my coordinator, I suspect no one from my company will be booked into here in the future.

I probably wouldn’t stay here if you’re like us and like to be treated kindly by customer service reps. Front desk staff was rude to us on check in and didn’t inform of us of anything, didn’t even tell us our room number. Manager was rude during breakfast. Breakfast staff was rude and didn’t want to give us more waffle batter at 9:30 even though they’re open till 10. We were met with “Don’t you know we close at 10?” Or if you like a clean bed. Also a clean shower that doesn’t make you feel dirty while you’re in it. Also, people blabbing outside our room door at 7am was a brilliant way to wake up. First time in Prince Rupert and we were made to feel very unwelcome. Tried to eat somewhere and were told oh the kitchen is closed. But everywhere on their own website said the kitchen was open. If you don’t wanna serve people and take pride in your hotel/workplace maybe you shouldn’t be in the customer service business.
