Check in was stated at 3, but we waited over 2 hours for our room to be done cleaning. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Showers were cold. $100 cleaning fee if not cleaned

Stayed twice and both times service was great, easy check in and clear instructions to get to rooms and check in/ out procedures. On one trip the front desk staff stayed later to enable us to check in after hours.nnBasic shared kitchen available, we got rooms with private bathrooms both times, well stocked and clean. Rooms were also relatively clean on both trips. Plenty of parking our front and back of the buildings - you could end up in any of 3 adjacent buildings

Very impressed with this place! The bed was so comfortable, and the room was very clean. Stayed in the 201 building and the kitchen was a shared space, it was very clean and nicely decorated. It really felt like home more than a hotel-which was amazing! 10/10 experience, will definitely be back.

I had to contact the RCMP multiple times due to unsafe or threatening behavior. Communication was extremely difficult, and interactions focused primarily on money rather than tenant well-being. I would advise future tenants to document all agreements and interactions.

Our room wasnt ready at 3 as it should have been ready at check in, we were still waiting 2 hours later.
