I booked a 2 queen bed room for my party and they downgraded me to a room with only one bed without contacting me. It was almost $700 for 4 nights and they offered me a choice between a $40 discount or one free night but I have to leave in the morning and forfeit the rest of my vacation accommodations.nnThe owner has posted pictures and details that advertised their superior rooms as TWO QUEEN BEDS on Expedia. I travelled from Alberta to be here and there is no other available hotels in town now.nnAvoid this place if you’re planning a trip, they may hit you with a surprise downgrade when you check in.

Absolute trash establishment. Do not stay here. Price is triple what it should be never mind the fact they don’t honor their prices to begin with. Staff is rude. The owner is the worst. Disgusting business practices.nnI have had 4 rooms cancelled with out notice and then tried to charge us double what we were quoted. Awful place.

Gross.nBesides the fact that they jack the prices up every year a bit more during the All Native Basketball Tournament event that brings so much $$$ to the city the quality of this hotel is getting worse too.nDirt everywhere on night stands, dressers, phones ; hair in the bedsheets. Bedsheets stink and almost smell like cold tobacco.nRooms are so not soundproofed and you can hear absolutely every single sound that comes from next door.nIf the quality of your hotel is gonna significantly decrease as years go by the best you can do is have a minimum respect for the customers and not jack up the prices.

Great place to stay! Beautiful view of the Ocean and close to restaurants and convenience stores, we travelled in on a busy weekend and were able to give us a room and had great service. 100% recommend.

My husband has lung issues and I always ask for a room close to elevator. Front desk are rude when ask a question . Put us on second floor and to upgrade to fourth is $100.00. Don’t communicate with their workers because maid was just finishing up the room. Never gonna refer anyone to stay here.
