Fantastic 4 night stay. The staff were all excellent! A special appreciation to Corina she went the extra mile to make our restaurant and food experience amazing. Cannot thank her enough. The food was incredible, we pretty much ate in house everyday. The housekeeping staff were all super friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff were great, they worked with us to get the best room experience despite it being a full house. Highly recommend staying there! You will not regret it.

This hotel blew my expectations completely out of the water. And that’s with the hot tub and sauna closed. Great restaurant, great gym, great location and the staff was more helpful when I had to move a reservation than IHG where I have platinum status. Definitely coming back.

Had a fantastic stay, awesome meals, late night appies and assorted beverages from Starbucks coffee to martinis at the Crest. The food, presentation, drink options and service was amazing . Corina went the extra mile to make our romantic dinner at the corner table at the Waterfront restaurant one that will be remembered for a long time .  The attention to detail by housekeeping and accommodation from the front desk to find us the best room despite being fully booked was top notch. The view from the full or partial ocean view rooms is the best in the city! Would recommend staying there ++

My wife and I booked the Executive suite on Saturday, March 21st for our wedding anniversary.nnUnfortunately,nnthe tub was still dirty see attached photo so we were unable to enjoy this amenity.nnThe bathroom counter was not wiped down, goo on the counter, see attached photo.nnChandeliers on either side of the bed, only 1 bulb out of 10 worked see attached photonnclock was wrongnnbedroom TV picture is fuzzy.nnThe experience was less than pleasing. Just thought you should be made aware of this so that it doesn't happen again.nnThe food was excellent, service was fantastic.nnThe Front Office Supervisor was understanding upon check out and  Reduced our rate by $150. Which we felt was not an adequate response to the disappointing experience on our Wedding Anniversary.

Front desk not very friendly.  Parking lot sucks. Fills up and limited for trucks.  Rooms are needing new beds and renos.  Walls are thin, can hear everything from above.
