i honestly don't do reviews just cause i don't normally have the time or the service wasn't worth writing about but this time was different. i had Joel as my salesman and he was super relaxed and not pushy which was nice as i like to do my research. he also allowed me to take the car to a dealership for a pre purchase inspection which most pre owned dealers wouldn't let me do and to my personal mechanic later that week. inspections revealed some issues so joel dam near cut the price in half because of this which was nice so i managed to get a good suv just needed a lil fix up and its rides beautifully now that its fixed super happy.

I highly recommend Douglas and the team at Pacific Auto Source ltd. My car was totalled the beginning of this month and was a total write off. A friend of mine sent me a ad with a used car for sale in my price range . I have never dealt with a used car dealership before so I was very skeptical. But since the moment i first spoke to Douglas I felt comfortable and didn't feel pushed or pressured into buying a car. He was such a big help and made what could of been a very stressful situation easy and quick . Very happy with the car i bought!! The owner is a very nice guy too thanks for the great service and the great price !!

This a great place to get a car. Very friendly hard working staff. Many of my family and friends have bought there used cars from Pacific Auto Source in Surrey and have ALL enjoyed the entire process and love their vehicles. IO highly recommend this dealership and the Manger Kurt Holden. You can feel good about sending your daughter, sister aunt or mother there knowing they will get looked after HONESTLY and with a great deal w/o sacrificing service!! I was looking for a hassle free way of financing a car and at Pacific auto Kurt made it easier for me. Doug helped me a lot he was great not pushy I ended up getting a 2015 Nissan Rogue great condition, I had to wait a few days to get car because it was being detailed. They gave me courtesy car while I waited I like my car so far so good. I recommend Pacific Auto for anyone looking for a car and seeing Douglas.

We have purchased four vehicles from Pacific Auto Source, The first three purchases were an exceptional experience! Unfortunately the most recent purchase was not!, I have to say that Kurt was very unprofessional, and does not stand by his word ! The previous Manager we have dealt with was amazing! Anything that was needed was met. Kurt , on the other hand could learn Customer Service from the previous Manager! He was all Warm and Fuzzy when we signed on the dotted line, but failed to complete his promises to fix existing issues with the vehicle we purchased! , Dodged our calls , said the missing parts were coming next week, etc, Well Sir, It has been a year now, have our missing parts arrived or will they be here next week?!!! Will not be coming back here again , To bad Kurt , our son needs a Vehicle! You Loose. A Once Very Happy Customer.

Traded in my BMW 750il for a Mercedes ML63. Kurt was great to deal with. Very straight forward and transparent. I have a long history with Pacific Source that precedes these guys, but my dealings there have always been top shelf and FAIR. It's stressful and tedious buying and/or trading in cars and expecting a fair deal when the odds are usually stacked against you. To avoid becoming distressed, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great used car to go see the straight talking pro's at Pacific Source. I highly recommend asking for Douglas, the sales professional - great guy!

Douglas is so easy to deal with. He went out of his way to make sure I was completely happy with the 2013 Ford Edge that I bought. Very honest guy and very good at communicating. I will definitely be buying my next car from him when I need it. Totally recommend this dealership.

Most used car dealerships are a waste of time, but Pacific Auto Source in Surrey has some really good deals worth exploring. I bought my used Nissan Pathfinder there and it was worth my time and effort. Kurt Holton was my salesman and he even let me take this Nissan for an inspection all the way in Richmond. Very accommodating, low pressure sales, and easy to talk with. Give them a try ... you will not be disappointed.
