Eric was our waiter in from the moment he took care of us until the end of our dining experience was wonderful. He answered all of our questions, the food was outstanding! And unbelievable at the reasonable prices for the quality of the food! We are here to have visits at Mayo Clinic have been coming for several years and always make sure that we go to the Outback in Rochester ,Minnesota because we have never been disappointed! I have to say this young man Eric who will do something wonderful in the future because he isn't amazing young man with so much personality, charisma, and love of people! We will be back next year!

Great food & service. Very Celiac friendly. Server went and checked on an item that I thought had gluten. Returned​ quickly to let me know that it didn't. This restaurant is just as good as the ones back home.

You know what they say: "fool me twice, shame on me". My family visited this restaurant occasionally, every few months, and was always disappointed, but you know, it's a national chain and you don't expect greatness, just acceptable. And then so much 'wrong' happened in one hilariously bad visit, we decided to never go back. Customer service failures from multiple employees from the moment we walked in, terrible salty food not cooked to order, and to top it off, they tried to poison my allergic kid twice. By the time the check took a half an hour to come we were laughing about how surreal and terrible the entire meal was. The staff were polite, just careless and slow. The manager was very nice about everything that happened and tried very hard to keep our business, but the food and experience is just not worth it. Newt's is right next door, and delicious, and rarely disappoints. If you want a steak, Applebee's isn't that far either.

The food was great, but our waitress was better than great. Made our dinner feel as happy as we were about the good news we had just received from Mayo clinic. Her was Kirsten, excellent person.

Service was good, food was great!! Went for our daughters 10th birthday, very disappointed with staff, they never came out to sing or bring her a little treat!! Have always enjoyed this for birthday's in years past!! My daughter was upset, so I went and requested and questioned this and they apologized brought her a bowl of ice cream and the server sang happy birthday but not the big group with fun song and dance! Epic Fail
