The ambiance is one of a kind with a modernized, historic, quirky feel. Hands down there is no better service in Rochester. With a weekly rotating menu, they are always serving up new innovative fresh dishes. The bar is very comfortable and the small bites priced at $3 are a steal! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a special occasion dinner, or just a night out on the town. Have fun and order the 5 course tasting menu for $40.

I lived in the Rochester area most of my life, and this is hands down the best food in Rochester. The chef is fantastic and very friendly. The drinks are reasonably priced and very unique. I love the inventive menu items made with fresh and local food. It's a unique experience each time I visit. Highly recommend!

The food was excellent. Started with the shrimp which was cooked perfectly. Then had the squash soup which was also delicious. The steak was a great cut off meat and flavored perfectly, it was cooked just right and was nice and tender. The desert had a great combination of flavors of see and sour. Definitely on my list of favorite restaurant in Rochester. The service was great friendly and attentive. It might be a little expensive if you are on a budget but is worth it if are a food.

When Bleu Duck Kitchen opened over a year ago, we were excited that a top-notch, farm-to-table restaurant FINALLY was here in Rochester. Not only was the food excellent and mouth-watering, but the cocktails were perfection. We were so impressed with the amazing food that we approached the owner, Jennifer, to see if she would be willing to host our wedding rehearsal dinner in their special meeting room. Let’s just say - it was a perfect spot to host our dinner (for about 35 people) - great appetizers, local beer and wine (a nice touch), and a mouth-watering family-style dinner which included salmon, lamb, salad, Brussels sprouts and the best mashed sweet sweet potatoes we have ever had! Jennifer made sure the meeting room was decorated for the event, and the service was professional and amazing! The way Bleu Duck Kitchen made our wedding memorable was amazing. The food is top-notch, and the attention to detail sets them apart from the rest!

Quality creative delicious food! Much better than much of the local heavy midwestern fare. Great staff, service and ambiance. Definitely a great choice if you're a foodie kind of person looking for fun creative dishes without going over the top.
