Ottawa Medispa

I will probably not go here again. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly, however I believe their pricing to be slightly misleading. Having had facials numerous times before, I decided to try Medispa for a 60 minute facial. It lasted about 40 minutes and then I was told the rest of the time is for consultation and changing the room over. Expecting a full 60 minute facial I was quite disappointed and had never had this happen. I did not receive a consultation and no information on this time breakdown was indicated on the website.

I have been a client at this location since it opened and the staff is always pleasant, friendly and professional. They often go above and beyond to accommodate our short notice for appointments (I have 3 daughters as well) and are extremely knowledgeable. In particular, kudos to Sue Fay the office manager who always greets everyone with a smile. She is so informed and up to date with the latest technologies and educates me on how to take care of my skin. She never tries to up sell and is very knowledgable in all aspects , products and services. Sue loves what she does and is by far the best esthetician I have ever had... She really is awesome!

The receptionist or should I say the person I spoke on the phone was not pleasant and not helpful. They worked better when they were under different management. Average relax massage.
