Beautiful design and salon station.
Big team of hairstylists, their appointment booking isn’t ideal as they dont actually call you go confirm.
When my stylist was not available for my appointment they found someone that was not as experienced and did something completely opposite to my description and picture.
They never offered a discount.
Not a bad salon but very far from the quality id expect for the price you pay.

Used to be great but not so much anymore.  I made an appointment for a trim. Unfortunately for me, the stylist I used to see was no longer working there (she was AMAZING...very talented!) so I asked them to put me with someone who was comparable to her. This was in all honesty the 2nd worse haircut I've had in my 37 years of life! I asked for a trim and to have it cleaned up....not have her take 8+ inches off! As she was finishing her butcher job, she said, "now I'm giving you some layers!" Perfect I thought, my hair needs layers or some sort of shape....I'm confident the "layers" she gave were invisible because they were nowhere to be found!  Their prices advertise $40 and up...and up is right! When she brought me to the cash she whispered to the girl and I was charged $70....really not impressed! Needless to say...I will never go back to Noir Salon! Never would've expected such an amateur job at a place like Noir...unfortunate!

I have been going to Noir for over 6+ years and always leave super satisfied! I am now getting my hair cut by Melissa, she is great! Awesome to chat with and does an amazing job. I would highly recommend Noir.

A calming, relaxing place to get pampered. All the staff are so welcoming. I've been seeing Krissy for over 10 years and she always takes the time to go over all my options and weighs the pros and cons of any style or colour I'm considering. I've never left feeling less than fabulous!

Great hot stone massages.
Ok hair cuts and expensive.
Bad waxing. Missed many spots. Had to call back in twice. Second visit ripped the skin off and took along time to heal.
