Atlantis Spa Ottawa

This is an excellent spa! I have been coming here for over 20 years and feel the staff are welcoming and attentive to my needs. The best facials are provided along with relaxing, soothing massages. My favourite is the Swedish massage with hydrotherapy. Amazing! I can't say enough about the professional and friendly staff. Noemi, Magdalena and Lydia will take good care of you.

Great location and the customer service is very friendly. They seem to know most of the clients by name which is rare these days. One of the last small shops that still feels like a small shop and not a ultra expensive spa. I liked the laid back friendly atmosphere and the waxing was done excellently.

All the staff at Atlantis Spa are professional and friendly! Great service to be had here! I highly recommend all services offered including eyelash extensions. Prices are reasonable and attention to detail is shown.

I got a massage there the other ay and I have to say, they have great facilities. bathtubs in the massage rooms. The masseuse knew what she was doing. I ghave nothing but good things to say about this place.

Great spa, no rushed services, friendly atmosphere. No pressure to buy any lotions or other products. Easy to make appointments and they accommodated a last minute change I requested. I was very satisfied with my massage and facial treatments.
