Orion Oaks County Park

Awesome park! Extensive trails for walking and biking. Paths are generally wide and even, so easy walking but not paved so likely not wheel chair accessible. We come here often and see many different native and migrating woodland/field birds.

Awesome dog park complete with swimming dock. Often busy which is great to socialize yourself and dogs. Best dog park I have been to, worth the 45 minute drive it takes me to get there.

This park is where dog's go for the best time ever. I would take my dog's everyday if it weren't a little bit of a hike. The park has five different fenced areas for the dog's, including a doggy dock on the lake. My dog's adore this place as much as I do. There is a fee to use, but it's well worth it to have access to such a big beautiful park.

My pup loves the dog park. We have been 10+ times and will continue to take him. Our dog is a medium sized pup and I have never worried about the interaction with other dogs. Most dogs seem to be well behaved and if one is out of line I have seen owners march their dogs out. Great place to walk and get exercise while letting your dog be a dog.

One of our favorite places to take a short walk or a long one if your up to it, very scenic and lots of birds and other wild creatures.
