Orchard city athletics has made working out fun again. The atmosphere, the people and the trainers all have a positive energy that seems to flow through each work-out. I've finally found a place that I can recommend to everyone, so get off the couch and go check them out. You won't regret it....

I did it!!! 20.2 pounds lost in 6 weeks! :) I honestly thought it wouldn't work, BUT thanks to sticking to the simple, very natural Meal Plan provided & only 3 hours a week at the OCA Gym coached by Dan, it really paid off! Whatever your fitness goal, whether it is gaining or losing weight, DAN´s GOT A PLAN to achieve it. Great Coach & great environment at the Gym too! Just bring the will to the Gym! DAN´s GOT THE PLAN!

Such an amazing facility! Dan is so dedicated to seeing people succeed! He is the most qualified coach I've ever had the opportunity to work with. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to exercise, health, and nutrition! I recommend giving Orchard City Athletics a try 120%, you won't regret it.

What a great experience!! 6 weeks in and I hit my goal!!! Not only have I realized changing food habits.. would be so yummy.. I was a mess when I started.. what I thought I knew.. really I didn’t!!! Dan really set us up to succeed.. number one to be accountable!!! Anyone looking for a lifestyle change.. a kick in the butt.. or just wants to look.. feel and sleep better.. Dan Drynan and his team are ..amazing.. Loved. the corrections...love the classes...love the motivation !!! That’s for believing especially when I didn’t!!! #healthyforlife!
