Story

Kelowna CrossFit was built on community. Forged by the love of this crazy thing we call CrossFit, we have come together to build a gym where we value not only the true foundations of what makes CrossFit what it is, but the community built within. Monthly bbq's, outings, sports on weekends. Kelowna CrossFit will always strive to be more than just a place to work out. It will be a place to see friends and family and work hard. Get stronger both physically and mentally. Share a lifestyle in common with others to enjoy life to its fullest. I am encouraging you to come check us out and say hi. If you are an experienced CrossFitter, come in for some free WOD's.

Amazing coaches, great atmosphere, all smiles every time I walk in. I absolutely love it, this is the best Crossfit Box in the Okanagan, hands down.

Visiting Kelowna and had a great workout today.Great hands on coaching, extremely well received by everyone, great community. Ray was a rave partner. Unfortunately for the gym, I managed to up-weight the average age of members (including drop-ins). I also managed to scare everyone a few times by over reaching some hand stand walks. Hoping to join several more workouts there.

Kelowna CrossFit is the place to be if you are looking for a box in the Okanagan. The professional and humble attitude of the coaches make it unique in a way that allows you to take pride in being part of the Kelowna Wildfire. The coaches are concentrated on coaching and making their athletes better all around. The programming has been incredible and equally balanced between all domains of CrossFit. 

Lastly and most importantly, the community that Kelowna CrossFit has created is specially unique where the members look forward to going to the gym and participating in different events/activities (hiking, beach, etc) on the weekends.

Kelowna CrossFit truly embodies all the reason I love CrossFit. Gymnastics base mixed with Olympic Lifting taught by a coach who truly cares and himself, loves to lift and evolve in styles. The people here clearly make all the difference. Being supported and a great happy atmosphere to work hard next to one another. CrossFit in kelowna was missing something until I found this place. Looking forward to a long healthy future improving myself in this great facility.
