Arlen is very enthusiastic and encouraging. All the trainers are attentive and quick to help you out even when the gym is packed.  I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to start boxing or interested in a great cardio workout!

With out a doubt one of the best gyms I have been to. The coaches are very professional and fun to be around. They give you a lot of freedom to make the circuits easier or harder depending on what you want. No complaints about this place at all. Thank you 9Rounds!

I had the same experience as the other Travis that reviewed on here. Didn't feel like leaving a review until reading the arrogant response from the owner to his.  As you can see, this is how the owners and staff are.  I walked in, talked to them and was too happy to leave.

This is the BEST gym. The workouts are intense and the trainers are encouraging. My first step into this gym I was welcomed; it is like a family. I'm not a fan of gyms but this gym is addicting. I look forward to every workout. You must try this gym it is amazing. I encourage everyone to try a trial but be prepared to be damn sore the next day 😛

I was a little nervous trying something so new to me, but the staff made me feel so comfortable and excited as soon as I came in! This is such a stellar way to change up your workout routine and I cannot wait to go back!
