Moksha Yoga is a green, clean, hot yoga series that stretches, strengthens and tones the muscles while detoxifying the body and calming the mind. While all classes are rooted in the Moksha Yoga series, teachers are encouraged to bring their own unique knowledge and experience every time they enter the room to teach. I was intimidated. I don't bend. I thought the heat would be too much. Maybe it would make me feel sick or dizzy. The heat is the best part! The level of instruction the yoga teachers have here is phenomenal and through their instruction you really are able to get the most out of the class, and you will feel amazing after! They have showers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The place is extremely clean. It feels like a spa. Try their into month for only $40 and you can go unlimited!! go twice and that's paid for...and you must go at least twice. There are different kinds of heat, some being less, and so many different kinds of yoga classes. During your trial classes I recommend renting/trying different yoga mats they have at the studio so that if you go to buy your own, you can make an educated decision on which mat is best for you and your practice. Some can be quite slippery, others have more cushion for your wrists and knees. The B mat is my favourite. And bring water!

I was really nervous before I tried my first hot yoga class at Moksha. I had no idea what to expect. I found the staff so helpful, welcoming and friendly and I felt like they were truly glad to see me. Also important, the quality of the teaching is top notch and there are many classes offered throughout the day. I love how there is complete silence in the yoga room before class starts. Moksha Yoga is my reward to myself.

I started going to Moksha in February with one of my girlfriends for the purpose of improving flexibility, posture and my mind-body connection. I have nothing but great reviews for the Kelowna studio, classes and its staff! Well-kept studio, good schedule and friendly staff. With each class I can see improvement while working toward my goals - looking forward to continuing this journey with Moksha Kelowna! Namaste :)

Moksha Yoga has changed my life and helped me achieve a greater inner balance paired with a higher level of physical and mental health. The instructors and atmosphere are so calm and welcoming... thanks very much to the Moksha Yoga Kelowna Team.

The Hot yoga classes here are Great! They really helped increase my flexibility and you rreally work up a sweat. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who want to try yoga!
