We continue to be a leading edge facility for fitness and training in Kelowna with a clean, bright and open floor plan suitable for all members abilities and experience. We pride ourselves on inspiring and encouraging our members to achieve their health and lifestyles goals and respond to their needs while building and maintaining their personal growth for an active, balanced lifestyle.

Been a member for years and in and out of town 1/2 the time. Old management was great to work with accommodating my schedule to be fair. New staff just ruined my day turning me away when I needed two more days to work out and I was gone 7 of the last 8 weeks. They wanted drop in or I had to leave. Typical attitude of rude and foolish staff not understanding any customer relationships. They just lost a customer who has given them business for about 5 years. I will never step foot in that place again and will never recommend it. Poor customer experience with new management. What a joke.

A trainer by the name of Nate seemed to ignore my potential and focus on others in better shape. Biased. WILL NOT ever go there again.

Good, clean basic facility for a very fair price. Friendly staff and a nice range of fitness classes. They keep me coming back!

Great equipment and lots of elbow room for serious lifters. Get in and out, no waiting for machines. Nice members change room with private showers and a TV. Sweet!
