These guys are honestly great! Upfront, to the point, went above and beyond for my husband and I tonight. They also told us in the past when a vehicle wasn't worth working on! Now he didn't say they wouldn't work on it but it was in our best financial interest to look into something else, he really could have made a fortune on the repairs but didn't. I respect that. We have had nothing but great work from them and as long as the service continues we will remain customers. Poor John even worked a bit late with an earache tonight to make us happy. Great people...very honest and trustworthy...will fit you in at the last minute and will always work with you to get you back on the road quick and without breaking the bank...recommend them to everyone I know...

I've dealt with Top Technicians a few times in the past 5 years and I find them to be honest, customer focussed and professional. Recently, John offered to come in on a day they were closed, to do my daughter's snow tire swap since she had to leave to go back to Ottawa after Easter -that's customer focus!
