Conrad was my caseworker and he was awesome. Always addressed everything immediately and no hassle. He left good for him and now nothing gets addressed. Everything is an obstacle now.
My case worker has absolutely no regard for me as a client. She’s been ignoring my calls and emails for 6 months at this point, and there are things urgently needing to be addressed. These people don’t realize that your whole life is on the line and at their will, or they just don’t care.
My caseworker is ok, but I have had problems with the call centre! A lot of my paperwork goes to a third party until its finally given to my caseworker! I am not happy with the system used by ODSP to get my requests addressed.
I went there for renewing photo of and health cards for my mother in-law. Service Ontario is a very well organized and clean. Nice and polite people. Highly recommended the service
Thank you Jasmine White for the absolute amazing service you have been providing thus far.
I am posting this in response to my caseworker’s Kelli Kristian and her supervisor’s Julie Sincennes actions since I informed them on May 17 that I needed medical necessity a new reader for my C.G.M..First I was told on May17 that it would at least 5 days. The next day my worker called and told me I needed to apply to the Assisted Device Program. I contacted them on May 18 they fell off their chair laughing, so then I contacted the Diabetic Education Centre and my M.P.P.’s on the same day.I then gave my caseworker the D.E.C.’s phone number .Kelli then contacted them and only talked to the receptionist then she called me and told me again that I would have to apply to the A.D.P..program, when I talked to the D.E.C. earliershe informed me that ODSP was financially responsible for the new reader. I then receive a message from Kelli on Tuesday May 24 saying that I was right all along and she told me to get Dexcom to fax her a form and she would call me that same day when the form was faxed to pay for it.I never received that call so on Wednesday May 25 I tried calling her but the people they sub-contracted answering the phones have not responded to my messages. So Patricia Redmond I am still waiting for at least a callback from ODSP and what are you going to do about my medical problem I need the c.g.m. to give my pump information and also about all the help I am getting from Kelli Kristian and Julie Sincennes ?
I May be the 1st person to publish Something So Positive Here. I Have not had one issue with O.D.S.P... My Worker Melanie Leroux has been and is a Wonderful Truely Genuine Caring Lady. That really cares for her clients and will do anything to help them in anyway possible. Sometimes at times it has felt she provided with knowledge as well as Advice. For The 17 Years Amazing Thankyou!! With So Much Gratitude! And Appreciation...
Kelly is terrible. The worst worker I've ever had. Doesn't know her resources. Doesn't respond to emails. She's rude. And now she's transfered me and is refusing to tell me who I've been transfered to. So I don't know who to contact. Thanks Kelly. You truly are terrible at your job.
My worker is the best!! Thank you to her and the front office staff. Thanks!!
It's the same story as before! I was there about a month ago and the girl at the reception counter was very rude to me! I was trying to to get an answer to a yes or no question, and I was asked questions that were totally unrelated! When I politely said it was a simple yes or no answer, I was told to "knock off the attitude"! Update the staff at the 2 call centers are actually really helpful! Problem, most of the so called "social workers"do not have any social work training or experience with the clients they serve! Beware if you have to deal with these people! Memorize your MPP numbers!!!
