These stars reflect the average of 3 visits I had. The first two visits here were excellent. The last was a big fail. :( The bar was set high by the first woman who was more than helpful regarding pension splitting rules and language, partly because of their personal experience. The second time, the receptionist went out of her way to find out information and give me copies of documents that I had filled in, incorrectly. Kudos to both of them. My third trip, I wanted to speak with one of them about understanding something on the forms. I couldn't get past the receptionist, who insisted I had to go to a CPP office to get the information! They were "Service Canada" and they just give out forms, not information! Well, next I asked about Quebec Pension Plan. All I can surmise is that this woman knew nothing and had some kind of paralysis thinking about anything in Quebec. She refused to let me see someone, even though I told her I had consulted two people previously! All she had to do was say she didn't know anything, but she would find someone who did! She gave me the impression of someone who's been working in by-gone eras of the public service, when receptionists only knew one thing! It's long past time to upgrade... learn how to be a helpful resource! :(

Horrible. Be prepared to wait for at least 2hrs before you are called. Just clear your your schedule for the day
