Very disappointing experience at the ServiceOntario office in St. Catharines today. I was made to go back and forth multiple times to provide documents, even though I kept following the instructions given to me.nnThe most upsetting part was being publicly confronted by a staff member named RICK ! He left his own station to come to where another employee was already assisting me. He pointed at me, called me “fraudulent,” said I “lie a lot,” and made a comment saying, “anybody that looks like you can change address anytime.”nnI found the treatment humiliating, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable from a public service office. No customer should be spoken to this way while trying to access government services.nnI hope management investigates this matter seriously and ensures other customers are treated with dignity and respect.

Not the worst customer service ive ever had but I dont know where this attitude from the people at the desk is coming from. Had questions about my cars registration and I had this snarky dark haired women giving me attitude. They expect customers to be respectful but what about the workers?? Id avoid this one unless its absolutely nessesary. Service Ontario you might want to remind your staff that respect works both ways.

Usually a big lineup, but not last time I went there in June 2026. I got to the booth immediately and they served me- I renewed my driver's license and health card. It cost me a pretty penny though.

My experience was excellent! I, of course, did not have the required documentation on hand and Yana helped me locate it on my phone and was extremely patient with me through the whole process.

Thank you for the Service.nThis place is the most pleasant to do the business.nTook less than 5 minutes to finish my 4 cards, addresses etc.nThe best place ever!!nIt's better than 5+star*nThank you
