Had a terrible experience there this morning (February 12, 2018). the initial teller was amazing I handed her all the information to renew my health card and she immediately gave me the form I needed filled it out, all of this in less than 5 minutes. It was when I went to the next teller that my 5 minute trip turned to a 45 minute headache, because it had been 5, almost 6 months since my health card had expired. She began by telling me that my card had been expired for almost a year, and then went to count the months with her finger between September - February and somehow was holding 8 fingers at the end of it, she continued to explain that we were also at the end of February so that is another month. I can not explain how frustrating this experience was. This is not the first time I had such a stressful experience at this location, if avoidable I would advise to not go to this location.

(Account 1, female) Unclear communication using abrupt and non-specific sentences and generally made me feel uncomfortable in seconds. Gave incorrect information, had to call head office to clear it up. Said I needed another piece of documentation which, without mention I did not need the next day. The next (male) clerk was kind, thoughtful made fun conversation, asked me about my life and told me a story about his. He made the experience pleasant enough that I adjusted this review to reflect that. Thumbs up spikey haired guy!

Friendly staff. Nice clean waiting area with chairs, unlike the dump on Scott Street.
