This is extremely sad. There is no logical reason that a person should have to spend half of their day (and waiting in multiple lines) just to renew a simple drivers license. If they can't do the job competently then the government needs to withdraw the funding for this private company who is supposed to be serving the citizens. The people of Niagara deserve better.

This place needs a complete overhaul. The wait times are absurd. Never once have I ever seen all the service windows staffed despite everytime I have visited the lobby is packed. The wait times are bad enough they should be criminal. The staff is knowledgeable and do the best they can but management needs to fix this situation.

Why will this not let me rate less than one star?? Too bad it can’t go in to the negatives, because it would be very well deserved. This place is honestly a joke, and we simply deserve better for our money.

Don't appreciate the fact that the people you call at Service Ontario for info before you go in don't give the proper info, so that when you go in, wait a half hour (or more) just to be told you don't have all the correct IDs/information and have to leave and come back again. It would be nice if everyone was on the same page so that we aren't wasting my time, their time and other people's time who are waiting as well. Also more staff for the amount of traffic that goes in and out of that place is definitely lacking.

Very busy location serving all of the Niagara region. Examiners are all very experienced and professional. If you pass you will love them, if you fail you will probably hate them... LOL
