I've had to attend at this location on a number of occasions over the years for licenses, renewals, etc. We were also there this past week.nnThis office is located in an old strip mall/plaza and is far too small for the numbers of customers that are usually there.nnAt first glance it always, ALWAYS, looks a mess, not to mention grubby, and not clean. So many people in the queue most of the time, which winds around. No seats that I saw, except for one chair at the main door. One elderly lady I saw last summer sat in a chair in the queue and said she couldn't stand that length of time.nnI don't find the clerks particularly helpful, or polite, either, and they look as if they don't care one iota about the job at hand. The office area looks a mess and there are papers everywhere. Overall, it doesn't look like a well-run office at all. I can't imagine a private-sector business looking as disorganized as this one.nnIf you can avoid going to this location, then avoid it. Go to the one downtown, but then you have to pay for parking. The downtown office is much more organized.

I got a lady named Shannon. She saw me early, despite me being there like thirty minutes before my appointment. She was very pleasant and understanding, especially considering my health card was like three years expired my own fault+pandemic and no doctor. When I explained I only noticed it was expired after a hospital visit last week, she was pretty understanding and just told me to keep on top of it not in a rude way. She was very helpful in renewing my health card and was very fast at getting people through the line as well. I think the reviews here stating it was unpleasant and workers are rude, are probably rude to the workers. Be kind and don’t yell at the workers and they will be kind to you. I’d recommend this place, but I’d also recommend making an appointment ahead of time as you get in and out in like ten minutes that way.

Would have rated a lot higher, but for the long line of people waiting to be served, there were only 3 staff working. Also the staff at the time I went, Tuesday 11am-12pm looked so miserable, not very friendly at all. There is free parking here which wad very nice.

4 girls working the desk. 3 of them doing dealership/ other work. One serving the regular persons. Was here 75 min or so.....

Nastiest place I’ve ever been in. Service wasn’t even good, she was rude and barely said anything. There looked to be mold by the vents and some strange liquid all up the walls.
